I am in the absolute best mood over this Macron dismissal. Feels like a year and a half of my family having to deal with psychotic lies regarding pending bankruptcies, secret accounts and plans to flee the country, has finally come to end. For those of you wondering what happens now with the case, here is a synopsis: You will note the Macrons additionally named two other business entities in their lawsuit: Candace Owens LLC and GeorgeTom Inc. They admitted in our hearing that they were unsure if one or both of these entities housed the podcast and that they would need limited discovery to determine how those businesses run and who runs them. As it turns out, one of the above mentioned entities has absolutely nothing to do with the podcast in any way, shape, or form, so it will be a legal exercise in futility for the couple. In effect, that leaves just one entity. In addition to my personal dismissal, the court also decided in favor of our argument that France’s defamation law should apply. Let me explain to you why that decision deeply impacts matters and was a major point of legal contention; France’s defamation law has a statute of limitation of just 3 months. This means defamation claims time out very quickly. We argued the Macron couple was intentionally forum shopping because being held to France’s 3 months would have naturally expired their claims. We included a briefing from a French legal expert explaining French defamation law. The Macrons did not submit a briefing to counter our arguments, but during oral arguments they suggested that France has a unique statutory law that could, in theory, extend claims up to one year IF the defamation claim pertains to an individual’s sexual orientation or gender. Before ruling on the dismissal pertaining to the remaining entities, the judge is allowing for the Macron couple to submit a supplemental brief, arguing why they believe this case could meet that threshold In his response (see below), the Judge has duly noted our legal expert’s notation that in parallel cases filed by the Presidential couple against other journalists in France, the couple sued under France’s 3 month defamation rule—not the one year statutory. I believe it is worth again noting that the couple is NOT and has never sued anyone for matters pertaining to sex, sexual orientation, or gender (despite intentional media misrepresentations), but rather for defamation related to claims regarding MK Ultra and theft. You are free to read their initial filing against me yourself. So what happens now is the remaining entities and the Macrons submit additional briefings regarding French law and statutes. The judge will then rule on the lingering dismissals.
🚨BREAKING NEWS: I was just personally dismissed from the Macron lawsuit filed against me in Delaware. This case represents one of the grossest, legal overreaches by a foreign government leader in human history—a sitting President’s attempt to personally bankrupt a single podcaster from outside the nation in which he governs. And to formally reiterate since many reporters willfully lied about this most important detail: I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male. I was instead being sued for discussing MK Ultra and for allegedly accusing the “First Lady” of theft from her sister. I am tremendously grateful to the Delaware courts and to the presiding Judge for looking at this case objectively, despite false media depictions and government pressures.

BREAKING: A federal grand jury has REFUSED to indict Cassidy Hutchinson over her January 6 testimony! To understand just how extraordinary this is: In 2010, federal grand juries declined to indict in just 11 out of approximately 162,000 cases. That’s roughly 1 rejection in every 14,700 cases, or just 0.0068%. Federal grand juries almost NEVER refuse to indict. And yet, a grand jury just rejected the case brought by Trump‘s DOJ against Cassidy Hutchinson. This is all the evidence you need to show that Trump‘s DOJ is Weaponized.

I heard a rumor that the PI's and CI's around Brian Tully, John Fanning and Michael Morrissey may have found out that I cooperated with the FBI about KP wiretapping agent LF in the context of the DOJ's investigation of Tully and Fanning's coverup of Sandra Birchmore's death. I heard this has also put that outgoing power structure into panic mode after their last few moles, and artificial drama-starters, were exposed over the last week. I'm sure those CI's and PI's will stay level-headed and avoid taking any bait that would cause them extensive problems going forward. Then again, Michael Proctor's uncle in law did make a weird comment to me at my own Grandfather's funeral, so, I suppose anything could happen. God bless America, and happy Sunday. Let's dance, Mr. Tully, Mr. Fanning and Mr. Morrissey. This is a big week for you in federal court. Don't miss it.

280 community notes from just ONE person. Just incredible. Every day people wake up and just fictionalize narratives about me. I work for Russia, I work for the Vatican, I work for Israel, I’m funded by Qatar, I’m getting a divorce, I’m a lesbian, I was in love with Charlie, I secretly hated Charlie, I have a mansion that houses my illegal 8 nannies, my husband is Mi6, I’m reading ads for the Mossad, I’m hiding money in secret LLCs for fear of bankruptcy. I plan to flee to Russia. I’m Time’s Most Vile Person of the year. Like what actually is there left to make up about my life. Where do we go from here? I want you guys to think carefully about this while I’m on maternity leave because I think I’ve made it clear that I AM NOT LETTING THE DEEP STATE, PUBLIC ASSASINATION OF CHARLES JAMES KIRK GO. He was an innocent young man who didn’t deserve the betrayal and death sentence he received. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

If your kid's "Christian" college isn't inviting @MrsErikaKirk to speak -- or inviting me -- you should rethink paying tuition there. We are in an existential crisis. Know which side you're funding.

Oh my Goodness. Another one of Sandra Birchmore's friends reported Matthew Farwell, within days of Sandra's death, to the Canton Police and to Brian Tully and John Fanning's state police unit working for Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey. You burn in hell, Tully, KP and Fanning.
"Did you reach out to any law enforcement?" "Yes, I called the state police. There was a posting that said you could call the state police and give information you know." "Did you call anyone else first?" "The Canton Police because that's where her apartment is." "Did you talk to someone from the state police?" "Yes." "And did you provide that person with information about Sandra?" "Yes." "Did the information you provided to state police related to Matthew Farwell?" "Yes."

One way to claw back some of the money Trump stole would be to simply make him pay the taxes he owes
This Forbes investigation is a must-read. Donald Trump pulled in roughly $1.4 billion from crypto in 2025, plus more than $200 million from real estate, and faced a projected tax bill north of $500 million. So his company donated the "development rights" to his Jupiter, Florida golf course to a land trust, argued the course was a natural habitat worth protecting, and kept right on running the club. Forbes estimates the write-off could land around $825 million. He has done this at least five times since 2005. New York's attorney general alleged two of those appraisals were inflated. In Doral, he claimed a deduction of up to $323 million, more than double what he paid for the entire resort. A month after the Jupiter deal, he sued the IRS. The settlement his own Justice Department signed bars claims against him over matters that "could be pending," language that appears broad enough to cover this year's taxes. A federal judge found the case was brought to manipulate the judicial process. And the man now running the IRS, who took the job as this deal was being assembled, has a home backing onto those same Jupiter fairways. This is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should be able to use the presidency to write his own tax bill. forbes.com/sites/danalexande…

What a joke! AIPAC has been funneling money through “democracy engine” instead of doing direct donations and bundling. I introduced a bill that would require AIPAC to disclose their influence campaigns just as others do under FARA.
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), one of the most influential forces in U.S. politics, will no longer directly endorse candidates or donate to them from its federal political action committee, the group said. wapo.st/4yG3tqX

The U.S. has over the past three years spent $11 BILLION in taxpayer money on missile defense for Israel. It has fired more interceptors defending Israel than Israel has. That is not a symbiotic relationship. It is a parasitic one.

I obtained 140 pages of internal State Department emails from when I was being imprisoned and interrogated by the IDF. The correspondence reveals that U.S. officials referred to me as “kidnapped” by the Israeli military while explicitly refusing to consider me "wrongfully detained." Officials were informed of day-long interrogations and made aware of my detention in a notoriously abusive Israeli prison. The emails show no U.S. effort to intervene on my behalf, only a focus on PR and limiting political fallout. Link in reply

So, the Biden administration knew that an American journalist was kidnapped and interrogated by the Israelis for doing his job and their only response was to do nothing. Got it.

In 2018, The Washington Post ran a piece on where AIPAC came from. It's worth reading slowly. Oct. 1953: Israeli forces killed more than 60 civilians in the village of Qibya. Time reported it. The New York Times published U.N. findings refuting Israel's lies about it. Eisenhower froze U.S. aid. Dulles said so openly. An ordinary country faces consequences. This one (Israel) built a machine. 5 months later, the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs (AZCPA 0was launched. It was later renamed AIPAC. The Post's own subhead says it "was formed to spin positive PR after Israeli atrocities." Not to question the atrocity. To manage the fallout. Then came the model: ... Build a "united front" and treat any dissent as betrayal. ... Operate on the premise that "there was nothing Israel might do that would jeopardize American Jewish support." ... Worse, the article says the more disturbing Israeli behavior got, "the more Israel needed their ardent advocacy." ... Since the late 1970s, steer campaign money toward chosen candidates, creating "a unity that politicians have had to respect." That last line is the whole story. Politicians learned that crossing this lobby has a price. So they stopped asking hard questions about where American tax dollars and American diplomatic cover go. That is leverage over American policy, built after a massacre, and sustained for 70 years. Notice the Post didn't say American Jews are a monolith. It said AIPAC works hard to create the perception of one, and punishes Jews who break from it. An American public that funds this deserves to know the origin story. The question isn't "why is this being said now?" It's "why did we stop saying it?"
