Mr. President: You attack “socialized medicine” every single day. Well, let's be clear. The excellent care you received at Walter Reed was at a 100% government-funded, government run hospital. For Trump, "socialized medicine" is bad for everyone but himself. Total hypocrisy!
This is what a president should be.
Any #veteran out there considering their vote, please watch @JoeBiden’s answer to the “veterans” question. No prepared speech, no teleprompter. Informal. Don’t you want this energy running #va, working #Homelessness #suicide, healthcare?

If you’re having trouble writing something, I find it opens the mind to go for a walk in nature. You will return with new focus and clarity and realize that writing is stupid. The walk was fun tho so you google jobs as a park ranger. Then it’s basically happy hour at that point.

Most "wellness" doesn't work. It's a big ploy to make you feel less-than and sell you stuff. If it worked, it wouldn't be a billion dollar industry.
What does work?
-Moving your body, not eating crap
-Being your full self
-Community
-Purpose
-Nature

Pro tip: make a "Bullshit List."
Take some time each month to write down all the stuff in your life that is bullshit—of little to no value. Then, commit to cutting it. This might be hard at first, perhaps even cause angst. But over time saying NO to dumb stuff is a great.
