This is the only theory that makes sense me why VCs whine about Anthropic non stop. Like they feel embarrassed by them somehow.
They’ll never forgive a bunch of grad student libs for making a company more valuable than almost anything they’ve ever funded and that all their portfolio companies are dependent on

My bones are chilled by a lot of things, but a thin edge in one house of Congress potentially checking the most narcissistic man in US history is not one of those things.

Really have to hand it conservatives for creating a “forever underdog” environment in which the republic is in danger unless they control literally every branch of government.
Bone chilling stuff. Arguably the end of the republic.

Never interviewed Serena! I'll look forward to doing so one of these days. You might want to check transcripts @npr before accusing journalists of "grotesque displays of sycophancy." All best --

Your interview with Serena Williams a few years back was one of the most grotesque displays of sycophancy toward a celebrity that i have ever seen or heard from any journalist. I can't say that i'll miss your self-importance and ideological bias.

Elon Musk’s incredible successes in business and technology, and his ability to reap the financial rewards, rest on the foundations of the Western liberal democratic order. Which he is constantly hewing on with a sledgehammer. It’s really incredible stuff.

We may have the first indication of a ship striking a mine with the sinking of the UAE containership GFS Pride (9349045). The damage appears to be on the port quarter. This is also where we tend to see uncrewed surface vessels strike ships. We will need to wait to hear from the crew on what caused the damage.

They’ve flooded the zone so much we literally can’t even see land anymore
Totally insane levels of corruption and abuse of power are swirling all around us and my sense is that as angry as voters are about the cost of living they mostly are so awash in cynicism about politics that they don’t understand how egregious Trump is.

Says so much that the unquestioned stars of this platform are unfailingly “overconfident jerks with chips on their shoulders.” Most of us would never allow these types of people in our actual friend circles but we let them invade our minds via this channel.

Why, because he didn't also explicitly invite ghoulish grifters to apply?

I don't think people realize how many heavily sponsored podcasts and shows that look extremely high-quality get virtually zero listeners. They're basically just opportunities for sponsors to clip content for their own social platforms or use as a signal to investors.

Correction: Campos-Duffy is currently the wife of a cabinet secretary. She is no longer a “conservative commentator.”
