Remembering our beautiful cat Coco today as it’s exactly a year since we lost her.
She came to us from a rescue in 2008 and she was about 4 years old. She loved the garden and tolerated all the wildlife as you can see In this video dining with Little Humbug 😂
She was 21 when she passed and is buried in the garden under Mr Lumpy’s wooden carving. I miss her every single day as she was always by my side 😻🐾🐾❤️

The shelter called him Tank.
To be euthanized for space.
Something about the eyes made mom stop scrolling.
After reading his notes she decided to save him, emailing BARC on his euth date.
They responded saying he now has a respiratory illness & is being euthanized immediately.
Immediately mom realized that having a cold means we’d need a solo transport.
We could’ve passed.
But then this beautiful dog would essentially die for getting a cold.
We offered to pay extra for a solo transport.
We saved Tank.
Detailed medical notes, posts, shelter profiles said Tank, male.
Tank is a girl.
Think about that.
No attention paid like she didn’t matter.
She would’ve been killed as a boy named Tank.
Instead she will live & be loved as a girl named Maple.
Tank had a few hundred dollars in pledges on FB.
Two people paid totaling $30. Everyone else ignored multiple messages.
She’s heartworm positive and needed X-rays, vaccinations & solo transport.

Pearly does Bath! I've been to the Bath Priory Hotel and Spa for the night. I wasn't allowed in the spa (boohoo) but I was treated very nicely by all staff, given my own bed, bowls and drink - great place for hounds! I went to the Botanical Gardens and had a wander round Bath.

I'm really worried and honestly don't know what to do. 💔
The mother cat left one of her 4 kittens at my place and disappeared 2 days ago. She took the other 3 somewhere, but hasn't returned for this little one.
We waited all day yesterday, hoping she'd come back, even if just to eat and take her baby.
This kitten only opened its eyes yesterday. I've never cared for a kitten this young before, and I'm scared of doing something wrong.
If you've ever cared for a newborn kitten, PLEASE share your tips. What should I feed it? How do I keep it warm? How often does it need feeding?
I really want this little one to survive. Any advice would mean the world.
