EvenFlow is a Uniswap v4 hook that turns an oracle-free directional-toxicity fee into a yield-smoothing system: it escrows the toxicity premium during adverse flow and drips it back to in-range LPs once the market goes quiet, with a Reactive Network cron releasing stranded reserve cross-chain even when no swaps happen.
