Some crazypants Republicans filed to have Brad Raffensperger arrested over election nonsese. A magistrate declined the warrant. And an appeal from that declination has been pending for MORE THAN TWO YEARS.
Alito argues in Trump v Barbara that US-born children are not entitled to US citizenship under the 14th Amendment if they inherit a foreign citizenship.
This means Alito is claiming *President Obama* was not born a US citizen under the 14th Amendment.

It's really sad because if we had elected a normal president, the 250th anniversary of our country would have been a really cool celebration of everything that makes this country great.
