Huge indeed. Projects like this tell us that COVID-19 is not over, that repeated infection is not the answer. While we wait for science to develop 'magic bullets', protect yourself & others with layered measures - ala @MackayIM Swiss Cheese approach, also known as #VaccinesPlus
This is the most egregious thing the govt has done: robbed people w/ chronic illness of safe spaces as well as the support systems we desperately need. We’re following the science b/c we have to, but friends & family believe the lie that Covid is over while strangers harass us.
