I'm honoured and excited to reveal I had the opportunity to interview Luis Hernandez (@luisthinkpad) VP of Commercial Product Solutions Development @Lenovo earlier this year following his retirement!
Part One of the interview will be available this #ThinkPadThursday #ThinkPad

Well, it's official — I'm retiring at the end of March. Time really flies, especially in this industry!
It's safe to say much of my adult life has been spent thinking about #ThinkPad. After thirty-six years, it's tough to say goodbye to @Lenovo, and the ThinkPad and #ThinkBook teams... but it's time for me to take a step back and make some room for the next era of brilliant thinkers to take up the torch.
I can think of no better person to step into my role than Tom Butler! Make some noise — go follow him and welcome him to his new role: linkedin.com/in/tom-butler-1…
I'm definitely still going to be telling the Think story from wherever retirement takes me. I'm working on building a new overlanding rig, planning my adventures, but I'll never be far from a Lenovo Think product (or three). I'll be checking in and keeping my eye on how things are going — just call me chief #INsider from now on 😄
Thank you to everyone who has been part of building the Think heritage story with me, especially Arimasa Naito, @EricYuHai, @LuisThinkPad, @DilipBhatia, Tom Butler, @Carly_Okerfelt, Adrian Horne, but also hundreds more over the years. It's been a pleasure — I've loved every incredible moment, and these photos represent just a few! #WeAreLenovo
On to whatever's next 🚀🚀🚀
Today, it is my last day at Lenovo. As I look back at my 36 years with IBM/ Lenovo, I am honored I worked with great people and partners to make the best PC. ThinkPad will continue to lead because of the people that create it. Thanks for the opportunity to be part of this TEAM.

Love seeing the #ThinkPad X1 Carbon called "the laptop that continues to define business laptops".
As this @Forbes article says, just because you need devices for work doesn't mean work devices have to be boring or slow 👏 bit.ly/BestBiz2023

Thank you to @Enderle for his kind words in this @CES preview. I especially like his point about innovation meaning being prepared to fail, and allowing teams to fail. More on what innovation in action might mean from @Lenovo at #CES in the next few days...
The Newfound Importance of CES: Innovation as a Competitive Game Changer...For companies that truly innovate, #CES could be the perfect show to set the bar for the rest of the market and take an undisputed leadership position for 2023.

Read what Jerry has to say about ThinkPad! Happy Birthday ThinkPad!
I know it's not #ThinkPadThursday, but you'll have to forgive me: it is 30 years to the day since the #ThinkPad brand debuted on the world stage. Having been around for about 25 of those years, here's my thoughts on where we've been and where we're going:

ThinkPad is 30! To the team that makes things happen! The engineers, product managers, supply chain, sellers, partners and customers that provide feedback to help build ThinkPad for thirty years. Thank you, ThinkPad customers, for your loyalty!
