YouTube just banned firearms and ammunition from sponsored content. The timing raises serious questions. Just days after the change, Everytown published an article attacking “guntube” and highlighting the relationship between firearms companies and YouTube creators.

Gun registration inevitably leads to gun confiscation. The ATF’s illegal gun registry must be destroyed—ASAP.
🚨BREAKING🚨 24 Congressmen just sent an urgent message to @POTUS & @JDVance: "We write to alert you to an illegal national gun registry now containing 1,414,088,513 records of guns & gun owners... We ask for your decisive leadership to end this registry."

I was just subpoenaed in an anti-gun lawsuit...for being a guntuber. Link to the lawsuit is below. The case is Roberts v. Smith & Wesson, and it's the same playbook, almost copy+paste, of the Soto v. Bushmaster "Sandy Hook" lawsuit against Remington, which put them out of business. This one arises from the Highland Park July 4 shooting, where the killer used an M&P15. The plaintiffs are of course attempting to blame S&W for the incident and the theory, you guessed it, "negligent marketing." They say S&W appealed to young men interested in militaristic imagery and that this influenced the shooter to select the M&P15, and that this more or less was a cause of this incident. Insanity. Now they are reaching beyond S&W and into firearms media. I was served with a subpoena demanding years of info and analytics from me about S&W and reviews I've done. The part that should concern my fellow gun reviewers: Their subpoena defines an "Advertisement" to include even unpaid organic social-media content. In other words, by the plaintiffs' definition, even an independent review of a lawful product is "advertising," and they think they are entitled to any info that touches on essentially any YouTube video about the M&P15 during the relevant period. This is EXACTLY the end-run around the federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act that led me to draft what became the PLCAA Clarification Act. The PLCAA was enacted to protect manufacturers from lawfare over crimes committed by third parties. Plaintiffs have increasingly pleaded around that protection after the Soto case by using "negligent marketing" as a loophole, which defeats the purpose of the PLCAA. Versions of the PLCAA Clarification Act I wrote have now been enacted in West Virginia, Montana, and Kentucky. I've been told Kentucky has already dismissed a frivolous lawsuit with it. Consider contacting your legislators and looping me on on the email so we can keep the PLCAA Clarification Act passage rolling. Illinois obviously is not going to pass it. But Congress can. And whatever your politics on guns, there is a larger issue here: If a manufacturer sends a journalist or creator a product to independently test, that does not magically transform the resulting review into advertising. Treating independent editorial coverage as corporate marketing merely because someone reviewed a lawful product is a dangerous theory that reaches far beyond the gun industry. One final note for people in the gun media space: if you receive one of these subpoenas, do not ignore it and do not start deleting anything. Feel free to contact me and we can discuss whether I can assist with your response or coordinate with appropriate local counsel.

⚠️ATF has utterly failed to consider the national security implications of its centralized government storage of gun owner data ⤵️ "Just two years prior to the FOPA’s enactment, the 1984 film 'Red Dawn' released to great commercial success. In one scene depicting a Soviet-backed invasion of the United States, invading Nicaraguan troops were instructed to '[g]o to the sporting goods store' and '[f]rom the files, obtain form 4473,' which 'w[ould] contain descriptions of weapons and lists of private ownership' for confiscation. "Just as is the case now, the 1980s American public widely understood that FFL recordkeeping requirements established a de facto registry of gun owners. In fact, some commenters on @ATFHQ’s 1985 rulemaking expressed 'fears that the recordkeeping will be used as a data base for future firearms registration.' "However unlikely, a Red Dawn-style ground invasion exemplifies the sort of risks inherent in collecting and storing gun owners’ names and addresses in firearm transaction records. But other forms of attack are far more likely. "For instance, foreign adversaries may have an interest in collecting intelligence on the United States’ defense capabilities. That could include the capabilities of the United States’ own citizen militia. Indeed, the Chinese Communist Party already has been caught operating secret 'police stations' within the United States for the purpose of attacking dissidents. "It stands to reason that foreign actors also would attempt to infiltrate government agencies – ATF included. No doubt, a digitized record of every commercial gun sale in the country would be valuable to this nation’s adversaries, for any number of reasons. "Thus, ATF should consider and factor into its rulemaking the national security risks of centralizing data on gun owners’ personal property and whereabouts, particularly in light of recent breaches of governmental data. Indeed, gun owners’ privacy concerns – and the risks of inadvertent or intentional breach – have only exacerbated since ATF began digitizing transaction records in 2006."
GOA formally warned @ATFHQ about the security risk posed by ATF's gun registries as recently as May 2026: "Gun owners’ privacy concerns—and the risks of inadvertent or intentional breach—have only exacerbated since ATF began digitizing transaction records."

The U.S. Constitution supersedes ANY law that violates the Constitution. We need an Attorney General who recognizes that fact & will not continue to fight GOA & other 2A allies in court. We call on all Senators to urge @DAGToddBlanche not to appeal our victory against the NFA.

Flock cameras now log approximately 20 BILLION vehicle scans every month. That’s not targeted policing of bad guys. That’s mass collection and surveillance - not safety. STOP THE FLOCK.

This 7/2 letter from @HecklerAndKoch reads like a marketing psyop. With language like "highly sought after" and "order books are closed," this to me sounded less like an explanation and more like gloating salesmanship. So I reached out to HK and they told me the following - officially: 1. The SP5 and MR556 are still in production and shipping (they say daily); 2. All existing orders are being honored; 3. The point was they just can't take new orders until they catch up. As someone who used to import HK parts into the US on a commercial scale, I can almost guarantee that this is an import parts bottleneck issue. Figured y'all would want the scoop.

Millions of gun owners aren't registered to vote, and millions more don't consistently cast a ballot. Voter apathy is a threat to the Second Amendment and every gun owner should understand what's at stake heading into the midterm elections.

In today's hearing, Rep. @rosadelauro and @RepGraceMeng said the funding bill would "decimate ATF" and the agency would lose "1,000 personnel." Yes. That's the whole point. We're pushing to defund and abolish the ATF!
🚨HAPPENING NOW🚨 The House Appropriations Committee is marking up the FY2027 CJS funding bill. This will decide ATF’s budget for the next fiscal year. GOA supports the House's $285 million cut to the ATF's budget plus the many pro-gun priorities in the bill.

US Navy Sailor Tate Adamiak was wrongfully convicted of owning machine guns & destructive devices he *literally did not own* and deserves a pardon from President Trump. Resources for you to help ⬇️ To electronically contact the Acting Attorney General: justice.gov/doj/webform/your… To mail letters: Mr. David Warrington White House Counsel Office of White House Counsel 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20500 U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Pardon Attorney 950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington DC 20530 Example letter/email: “I am writing to respectfully request a full presidential pardon for Patrick “Tate” Adamiak. Mr. Adamiak’s case represents a profound miscarriage of justice that warrants immediate review and corrective action. He is a former active-duty U.S. Navy sailor who served his country honorably and had received orders to report to Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training—an opportunity reserved for only the most capable and dedicated service members. Despite his exemplary record and commitment to service, Mr. Adamiak was investigated and prosecuted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) under the prior administration. The circumstances of this case raise serious concerns: Mr. Adamiak had no prior criminal record. There were no victims associated with this case. None of the items cited as evidence were functional or complete. All items in question remain legally available for purchase online. No illegal weapons were recovered from his residence. This case appears to hinge on classification interpretations rather than any actual criminal conduct. The prosecution of a service member, absent criminal intent or harm, undermines confidence in the fairness and consistency of federal enforcement. Mr. Adamiak remains deeply patriotic and has expressed a continued desire to serve his country. His future, reputation, and opportunity to contribute have been unjustly taken from him. A presidential pardon would not only restore justice for Mr. Adamiak, but also send a clear message that fairness, proportionality, and common sense remain guiding principles of our legal system. I respectfully urge you to review this case and recommend clemency. Thank you for your time and consideration.”

🚨BREAKING🚨 House Republicans just REJECTED President Trump’s proposed ATF budget INCREASE & countered with a $285 million budget DECREASE. There are also many pro-gun riders, including a prohibition on NFA enforcement against $0 suppressors & short barreled firearms.
🚨BREAKING🚨 ATF has requested a BUDGET INCREASE from Congress in 2027. GOA just worked with Congress to cut $162 MILLION since FY 2024. Why are these tyrants back demanding more?

After months of refusing to protect the 2A, AG Bondi has finally resigned & gun owners aren't sad to see her go. Her DOJ defended unconstitutional laws, ignored GOA's help, & slow-walked deregulation. GOA is now hopeful Trump will appoint an AG who fights for gun owners.
