There isn’t a day that passes without Palestinians attempting to culturally and historically appropriate Jewish culture and history.
This photo, taken in 1940 in Shlomzion Hamalka in Jerusalem, depicts almost entirely a Jewish neighborhood showcasing Jewish culture and heritage.
Regarding the country @mhdksafa is discussing: Who was the Palestinian president/prime minister? What was its currency? When was it founded?
When examining the facts, you’ll discover a multitude of falsehoods about a people who, unlike the Jews, formed only in the 20th century.
Instead of developing their own country, they aim to claim everything from the Jews, even history.
Fortunately, some people still seek facts and truth in this world.

BREAKING: WE WON. A MICHIGAN COURT JUST STRUCK DOWN MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JOCELYN BENSON'S RULE ORDERING CLERKS TO DELETE ELECTION POLL BOOKS.
FINAL JUDGMENT. PERMANENT. STATEWIDE.
"Rule 168.48 is invalid."
The rule: DELETE the poll book files after every election.
The law: KEEP election records 22 months.
The Court: "When an administrative rule conflicts with a statute, the statute controls."
One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued.
82 days later, she won. For EVERY clerk in Michigan. Starting with TOMORROW'S election.
And the Court directed the Secretary to write NEW instructions for all 1,520 clerks that follow the ruling. The poll book files go on encrypted flash drives and stay there for 22 months.
Remember what we said in October? Reconstruction is not preservation.
The Court agreed: "Retaining the metadata is as crucial as retaining the data itself."
READ THAT ONE TWICE.
The State's big burden? The Court found it's "at most, $100 per additional flash drive."
Thank you to the RNC and Michigan Republican Party for joining me in the fight.
The State can appeal. Until a court ever says otherwise, the poll books stay.
ONE CLERK. TWO LAWS. THE LAW WON.

PICK A CRIME: That's the choice Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson handed my client, a township clerk.
A new state rule Benson made orders my client to DELETE the electronic poll book records of the August 4 primary within 7 days of certification. What’s the problem? Federal law orders her to KEEP those same records for 22 months, into 2028.
Delete them? Face up to 1 year of imprisonment under federal law. Refuse? Up to 90 days imprisonment under Michigan law. Every path carries a penalty aimed at my client personally. For trying to follow the law.
My client wrote Jocelyn Benson and the Director of Elections on July 6 and asked one question: how do I obey both? Thirty-seven days. NO ANSWER.
So we asked a judge, while the records still exist. No more waiting around. Declare which law controls. Preserve the voting records.
And the part that should get your attention: the same rule governs the NOVEMBER election.

You don't need to be a lawyer to understand this one… when somebody fights this hard to keep the right to delete something, it is because of what is on it.
Here is what happened in Michigan. Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer had a simple question for Jocelyn Benson's office. Benson's own rule, R 168.48, says clerks must delete the electronic poll book files seven days after certification, while federal law, 52 USC 20701, says election officers must keep those records for 22 months and willfully failing to do it carries up to a year in federal prison. So which law does she follow? She asked in October of last year. She waited. She asked again. Nothing. Months of silence from the person in charge of Michigan elections, so she sued in August, got a restraining order, and she is now the only clerk known to still have her August 4 poll book file. Every other clerk's August file is already gone.
Then on Tuesday Judge Michael Riordan expanded that order statewide and told Benson to instruct every clerk in Michigan to move the November 3 poll books onto encrypted flash drives and lock them up until the court decides. DOJ filed a statement of interest saying poll book data, metadata included, are federal election records. And a data manager in Benson's own Bureau of Elections admitted under oath that the actual precinct lists poll workers use on Election Day never get uploaded to the state database, they get rebuilt later from a change log. So the "don't worry, it's all saved somewhere" argument just fell apart in her own affidavit.
And what does Benson do? She runs to the Court of Appeals with an emergency application, skips asking the trial judge for a stay first because it "would not be expedient," and asks them to waive the rule that says she has to. McQueer's lawyer Kevin Kijewski put it perfectly… she "asks leave to destroy the evidence while the court decides whether destroying it is lawful." The cost to Benson's office of obeying the order is one memo. The cost to a clerk who deletes is a federal statute with a jail term.
Now keep in mind this is the woman running for governor of Michigan. How do you campaign on protecting democracy while fighting in court for the right to erase the record of the election you are running in? Who benefits when the list poll workers actually saw on Election Day only exists for seven days?
I know this movie. Tina Peters got nine years in Colorado over backing up her county's election system before an update wiped it, and the media called her the threat. Michelle McQueer did it the right way, she asked, she waited, she went to court, and the Secretary of State still wants the files gone.
Preserve the records. All of them. For 22 months, like the law says.
Jocelyn, if there is nothing on those poll books, you should be the one begging to keep them.

🔥Abdul El-Sayed caught rubbing elbows with the Muslim Brotherhood in 2017. You are not allowed to use his full name, Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, likely because he uses it with them.
In 2017, Abdul El-Sayed was a featured speaker at the Muslim Student Association (MSA) sponsored Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) convention along with Linda Sarsour who endorsed him for governor. This was held in CHICAGO ILLINOIS.😏
Yes, he still associates with the Muslim Brotherhood crowd tho long out of school. Recall he was the Michigan MSA vice president while his wife was president.
Also recall that both the ISNA and MSA are on the Muslim Brotherhoods partners list. And the MSA was created by the Muslim Brotherhood. And in fact, the ISNA was created at MSA.
Abdul El-Sayeds father in law is at the Muslim Brotherhoods MSA created ISNA and also CAIR too.
Linda Sarsour was the keynote speaker of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) 54th annual convention and endorsed Abdul on stage.
Linda Sarsour:
“When I think about building power I think about brothers like Abdul El-Sayed, who is in this room today, who is running to be the first Muslim governor of the state of Michigan. Sisters and brothers, he is an inspiring brother, he is well qualified to be the next governor, but he can't do that without you.”
Here’s an analysis of Linda’s comments:
“To set an example of taking direct action (i.e., political Jihad), Ms. Sarsour now endorses Abdul Sayed [Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed], who was seated in the audience, while urging the audience to donate to his political campaign (cue the applause).
On February 25, 2017, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed announced his bid to become the Democratic candidate for Governor of Michigan. Dr. Sayed graduated from the University of Michigan on June 11, 2007, where he served as Vice President of the Muslim Students Association (MSA), and was also chosen for a [Paul & Daisy] Soros “New American” Fellowship.
With nearly 600 chapters located in the United States and Canada, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) is the most visible and influential Islamic student organization in North America. The MSA was incorporated in January of 1963 by members of the Muslim Brotherhood at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with the goal of “spreading Islamas students in North America,” and for the specific purpose of Dawah (promoting Islam, as discussed above).
Dr. Sayed has grown up in an environment saturated with Muslim Brotherhood ideology. If he is selected to run as the first Muslim Democratic candidate for Governor of Michigan, it will likely draw national (and international) interest.”
Additionally, while there, Linda Sarsour called for Jihad against Trump. (See video 1)
“Muslim-Americans’ number one priority should be protecting and defending their communities, not assimilating or pleasing people in power.”
“I hope, that when we stand up to those who oppress our communities, that Allah accepts from us that as a form of jihad, that we are struggling against tyrants and rulers not only abroad in the Middle East or the other side of the world, but here in these United States of America, where you have fascists and white supremacists and Islamophobes reining in the White House,” she said.”

BREAKING: Abdul El-Sayed's campaign is responding to @FoxNews after unearthed social media posts from El Sayed's sister in 2012 appear to show her saying her family has been involved with and supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood. I asked the campaign if they deny the posts are in fact from his sister, and what comment they have given that El-Sayed just told Meet the Press over the weekend that nobody in his family has any ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. This is what they told me.
“Abdul is a dad and a doctor. He has spent his entire career working to keep Michiganders healthy and safe. Independent fact checkers have repeatedly debunked Mike’s lies, but their campaign continues to use bad faith attacks on Abdul's faith and family. Mike wants to distract from Trump’s agenda that is terrorizing Michigan families at the pump and at the grocery store."
- El-Sayed campaign spokesperson Roxie Richner.
On background, the campaign says that claims El Sayed and his family are part of the Muslim Brotherhood have been debunked as "racist" and "untrue".

Abdul El-Sayed Needed Babysitters When He Was Health Director
Because he isn't a real doctor, Detroit and Wayne County both had to hire actual doctors to make health decisions
By Charlie LeDuff @Charlieleduff
Dr. Abdul El-Sayed is not a doctor.
That’s not me saying that, it’s the State of Michigan.
Even so, El-Sayed got paid like a doctor, pretended to be a doctor, and broke state law doing so.
As executive director of the Detroit Health Department and then of the Wayne County Health Department, El-Sayed was prohibited from making medical decisions because he was not and is not a licensed to practice medicine in Michigan (or anywhere else for that matter.)
The state allows non-doctors like El-Sayed to be the chief bureaucrat of a local health department, but only if there is a chief medical officer to make actual health decisions.
And so, El-Sayed in his short tenures in both Detroit and Wayne County was babysat by two qualified female physicians, and at least one was paid much less than El-Sayed. (Normally the actual doctor earns approximately 30% more than the bureaucrat.)
So while El-Sayed plays physician in campaign commercials, the women were doing the actual work.
As it happens, El-Sayed was not even qualified to be chief bureaucrat.
Again, according to state law, the director of a health department must have an advanced degree in medicine or public health AND at least three years experience in health administration.
El-Sayed did not have the required admin experience, but this is Wayne County, where the law is optional for machine hacks like “Dr.” Phoney El-Baloney.
Under El-Sayed, the chief medical officer for Detroit in 2016 was Dr. Joneigh Khaldun.
El-Sayed went on to run for governor and lost. He then became a TV doctor for CNN as a Covid expert and got almost everything wrong.
Dr. Khaldun went on to become the chief medical executive for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer—and, like El-Sayed, she got almost everything wrong about Covid, including school closings and commingling infected people in the state’s nursing homes.
El-Sayed resurfaced in 2023 in Wayne County. Still, he had no certification. No residency. No patients. Insufficient medical experience to satisfy state law.
Minor details in the Wayne County Machine. El-Sayed got the job, but still couldn’t make medical decisions or supply health care for 150 children locked in the juvenile jail. Still, he was paid an eye-popping $279,000 a year by the time he left to run for Senate last year. (A few days following his announcement, the county machine granted him a $72,000 “consulting contract.”)
As El-Sayed played doctor, the actual chief medical officer, Dr. Avani Sheth, was paid $235,000, or nearly 20% less than El-Sayed.
Interestingly, El-Sayed’s successor as executive director of the county health department is paid $180,000—a $99,000 pay cut for the position.
El-Sayed claims on his social media posts to despise financial misogyny. But El-Sayed doesn’t seem to mind it when it’s posted to his bank ledger.
What to call him?
Fake doctor?
Paper doctor?
Unlicensed physician?
Call El-Sayed whatever you want, just know he can’t make house calls.

The Soros family is funding Abdul because he will carry out their agenda of:
➡️ defunding the police
➡️ emptying prisons, and letting violent criminals & sex offenders back onto the streets
➡️ gender transition surgeries for minors
➡️ allowing illegals to vote in American elections

Mary Sheffield's Ex-Lover Alleges Sex Tapes and Drug Work
In a new lawsuit, Marvin Walker claims he gave Detroit's new mayor a job in a marijuana grow house while she served on City Council
By Charlie LeDuff @Charlieleduff
Detroit City Hall is on fire.
It is no longer a question of if—but when and how—Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield and Police Chief Todd Bettison will be removed from office.
The latest: a titillating lawsuit from Sheffield’s former lover and partner in municipal crime, Marvin Walker.
In his 47-page complaint, expected to be filed next week in Circuit Court, Walker contends Sheffield was involved in sex tapes, a drug house, and illicit payments.
According to the lawsuit, which seeks damages of $50 million, the romantic relationship between Sheffield and Walker began in December 2020 when they “created private recordings depicting consensual intimate moments” and “also exchanged private text messages and other communications concerning personal matters, financial matters, business dealings, and other matters not intended for public dissemination.”
Michigan Enjoyer can confirm the existence of these materials.
Walker claims that after he and Sheffield had a falling out, Sheffield sent a goon squad to harass Walker into deleting the evidence. That goon squad included Chief Bettison, Deputy Mayor Brian White, and top aide Ray Simpson.
After Enjoyer published photographs of Walker delivering obscene bundles of money to Sheffield’s mailbox, Sheffield told the public that Walker was simply repaying her “tens of thousands of dollars” she had loaned him over the course of their relationship.
In his lawsuit, Walker claims he never loaned Sheffield any money. In fact, Walker said he got Sheffield a job in a drug house so she could make some cash on the side.
An early draft of the complaint promises “videos depicting DEFENDANT SHEFFIELD working inside a marijuana grow facility while she served on the Detroit City Council.”
Further, Sheffield allowed Walker to use her city-issued automobile so that he could travel around the Midwest to conduct “business.”
Walker also alleges that Bettison, White, and Simpson conspired to strong-arm him into deleting a text message that detailed how Sheffield would write checks from her political charity to Walker’s company for work he never provided. Walker would then cash the checks and give the money to Sheffield.
Enjoyer published that story earlier this month.
When Walker refused to delete the material, Bettison allegedly told him “that he had friends at the FBI,” according to the lawsuit.
Walker understood that to be a threat.
Walker refused to delete the damning material. That’s when Sheffield and Bettison launched a war of harassment and subterfuge against Walker—according to the lawsuit—going so far as to padlock his rental property and shop bogus rape cases to the county prosecutor and state police. Neither agency would grant an arrest warrant against Walker.
Enjoyer has also learned that the FBI and the Detroit Office of the Inspector General have opened public corruption and abuse of office cases on both Mayor Sheffield and Chief Bettison.
Then there is this: Chief Bettison has ordered an internal affairs investigation into the source of the leak of the timeline of the entire Walker affair that was given to Enjoyer.
Police investigators have confiscated cell phones and computers from every police employee who had access to the timeline document, including senior command staff. Suffice it to say, Chief Bettison has lost the respect of the department.
