I love it when teachers are like, "I have high expectations for my students, so that's why I don't let them do late work or retake an assessment,"
and I get to go, "Oh, so you have high expectations for their behavior but not their learning."
Because that's what it is.

There will be no high stakes testing this year, and yet all over America educators have continued to teach and inspire their students online. I hope the powers that be realize we do what we do because we love children and not because a test is held over our heads.
Brings back my childhood! I loved the reading rainbow and I remember writing down every book I wanted to read later.

Let‘s continue to encourage physical distancing and not social distancing. Continue to socially interact with your loved ones. It could be a text, phone call, or video chat. Continue to spread your infectious laughs with others. Some people need it right now. Love and Light 💙
