Phang, an attorney and former MSNBC host, won a preliminary injunction back in June to force the Justice Department to unredact crucial Epstein documents. Rather than obey that order, the DOJ has dragged its feet and failed to comply. And we know why. Trump's name is all over those files. Just in the files we have seen, he's accused of heinous sexual abuse of children.
“On June 26, 2026, Judge Sullivan entered an order granting my Motion for Preliminary Injunction, directing Todd Blanche to ‘immediately initiate review and production of foreign-language materials that may be subject to production under the Epstein Files Transparency Act,’” Phang wrote on her Substack last week.
“As of August 15, 2026, that hasn’t happened. And consider that language as compared to some of the other areas of that preliminary injunction order: the court didn’t give Blanche an ‘out’ to explain why he couldn’t do the translations; the court ordered him to ‘immediately initiate review and production,’” she added.
Enough is enough. The entire world knows that Donald Trump is a pedophile. Trump went on national TV claiming DHS found 278,000 noncitizens registered to vote across 4 states — including an exact number of 15,903 in Nevada. His Homeland Security Secretary then threatened local election officials with prison time if they didn’t comply with the administration’s demands.
A month later, DHS admitted to Nevada in a private call that it could only substantiate 185. Not 15,903 — 185. Their own official conceded on the record it “hasn’t had a full manual review of each one.” The list DHS did share doesn’t even include names and is nearly impossible to verify.
This is the same play every time: inflate a scary number, use it to justify sweeping voting restrictions like the SAVE America Act, then quietly walk it back once anyone checks the math. Iowa claimed 2,100+ noncitizens, revised to 277. Louisiana claimed 403 out of 2.96 million voters — 0.01%. Georgia: 20 out of 8 million. Texas: 2,700 out of 19 million, and that number kept shrinking the more counties dug in.
There is no noncitizen voting crisis. There’s a party that knows its own record — the economy, the cost of living, the corruption — can’t win them elections on the merits, so they’re manufacturing a fake crisis to justify making it harder for the people most likely to vote against them to cast a ballot at all.
The SAVE Act isn’t election security. It’s a survival plan for a party that can’t win honestly and a cabinet that expects jail time.

His administration dismantled DEI programs, purged federal workers, and helped create a federal workforce contraction in which roughly 300,000 Black women lost their government jobs.
We were told this was necessary because America had to stop supposedly giving jobs to “unqualified” people and return to “merit.”
Then Lindsey Graham dies. And who does Donald Trump recommend to replace a United States Senator?** Lindsey Graham’s sister.** Not because she had distinguished herself in foreign policy. Not because she had served in Congress. Not because she had demonstrated expertise in national security. Because she was Lindsey Graham’s sister.
And now, sitting in a debate seeking a full term in the United States Senate, a body responsible for declaring war, confirming national security officials, approving defense spending and shaping American foreign policy, she is asked about national security and admits:
“I’m not that informed on national security.”
But she supports the military.
You cannot make this hypocrisy up.

That tells you what their war on DEI was always really about.** “Merit” was never the standard. It was the slogan.** When Black people and women advance, MAGA demands résumés, credentials, experience and proof that we belong. When their friends, relatives and loyalists get the position, apparently the only qualification necessary is WHO YOU KNOW, or WHO YOU’RE RELATED TO.
