“Negative experiences without teaching kill morale.”
This is such an important coaching lesson.
Players are going to fail. They are going to make mistakes.
The question: What do we do with it?

I tell folks, I know a guy who loves and talks about trucking the way fans/coaches talk about Fball. Ive heard @adamlwingfield talk like this for YEARS about trucking, You hv done interviews but this is the one that provides the evidence i needed haha! 🫡 #JobnotFinished
A million-mile trucker who called the Tesla Semi "stupid" just drove one fully loaded.
His verdict: "This industry is going to be changed."
He lost 1 mph up a 7% grade, he's straight about the charging trade-off, and then he ran the fleet math: "Why would I buy a diesel truck again?"

0:00 "This industry is going to be changed"
0:29 "Feels like transportation innovation"
0:49 Instant torque vs a 6th-gear diesel
1:16 Fully loaded up a 7% grade: 35 → 34 mph
2:17 Charging & range: the honest trade-off
2:57 No DEF, no DPF, $50K a year in diesel saved
3:31 Critic to convert: "I was wrong"

Exceptional points, and as a HC if you arent hearing solutions that sound like this from your COORDINATORS, however you continue to see the same problem and hear the same excuses from the DC. The DC is gonna lose calling privileges
Jim Mora gave some insight earlier this week in the areas where the defense needs to improve 👇
