Love the guy and I’m not slamming here, however it is important to note that Brandon Duhaime is now tied in points with Matthew Knies at 4

Leafs gamescore for 10-25-26 vs. Edmonton I wouldn't pay too much attention to the poor scores of Cowan/Roslovic because they ate the McDavid matchup the whole night. The fourth line is dynamie, however. Absolutely flying out there.

Ridiculous how much McDavid and co get away with neutral zone picks and NEVER get called. No wonder he’s out here averaging 3 points a game when you can just give clear lanes to get set plays with no repercussions

Pierre LeBrun: The Canadiens have tried to swing big; Matthew Knies...at the deadline; Kirill Marchenko; they would be ready to engage...if Dylan Larkin had a change of heart; this is not a desperate situation where they have to make that home run trade - Insider Trading (10/13)

I’m sure this felt like a very smart take, except for the fact that Larkin and Werenski who both play for American teams are/were desperately trying to leave their teams as well

Wow, imagine how many of these NHL trades wouldn’t have happened if Canadian fans had been proud of their American players for winning gold instead of being sore losers and driving them out. When Canada beat us in 2010, American fans still cheered for the Canadians on their NHL teams. Says alot

And even if you look at the ones who have left, Hughes and hellebucyk both played for terrible teams. The only one eyebrow raising is Brady leaving

Impressive that Roslovic somehow finds a way to go a solid 20ft offside every game

Marchenko now has as many goals as Knies has points yet we were told that we made a mistake trading a “unicorn” by the 40+ crowd
