Again it's all about "belief" with Paul (while misrepresenting NG206 & @NICEComms )
Feel free to believe what you want @PaulGarnerWoof that's fine. But you'll need to provide evidence rated as better than "poor" or "very poor" before NICE reconsider your alternative medicine woo.
I believe NICE ME/CFS guidance harms patients with misinformation. Here is one: keeping people with ME/CFS in the dark, implying the condition is permanent, and disallowing brain retraining and cognitive approaches other than helping people cope. @NICEComms

We are pleased that our response to the recent opinion piece, 'Patients with severe ME/CFS need hope and expert multidisciplinary care' in the BMJ has been published but disappointed by it's commissioning & publication.

How could this happen in the 21st century? @GeorgeMonbiot traces links between The Revolutionary Communist party, the Science Media Centre & the “biopsychosocial” school which has dominated treatment and research & led to mistreatment of #pwME.

They called out the lack of evidence and clinical trials, so why didn't this happen last week or is #MECFS #ME somehow different @BBC ?

Oklahoma plans to kill Richard Glossip on May 18. The state's own attorney general has said that this would be a "grave injustice," but other people in Oklahoma are determined to go ahead and kill him. Sound crazy? Keep reading; it gets crazier.
Blitzed through their Falklands podcast @PodBattleground, now rapidly catching up on their Ukraine content. Really hoping @sauldavid66 stops saying "the Ukraine" though, it really grates and seems out of place.

NFTs can be used for so many different things that you're inviting history to make a fool of you if you dismiss them. Even if I were sure that most current uses of NFTs were bogus, I'd never dare to say that all possible uses were.

Today we have published a blog to share the experiences of a parent of a child with ME
Warning: it is a difficult read, but it is important that health professionals see what life can be like for a parent, and why better treatment and support is needed

Just finished Chaos Monkeys. A thoroughly entertaining and informative read. The kind of book you want to thank the author for writing after you finish. So thanks @antoniogm
