A Judge makes a ruling that negatively impacts your daily life saying she can’t consider how it impacts your life because you’re not at the hearing, but you had asked to be at the hearing and the Judge herself is the reason you aren’t there.

Within a day of Kobach’s filing, a Judge blocked transgender drivers licenses.
The Judge upheld the decision bc the DMV can’t argue the harm it causes to trans folks.
In spite of the fact that trans folks had alrdy filed a motion to be heard which the Judge is sitting on.

Kris Kobach’s AG opinion is basically malpractice.
He’s advising state agencies to violate a federal consent decree without even telling them the decree exists.
Meanwhile, he’s in court trying to overturn the consent decree because he knows it’s the governing document.
