Mehdi, I'm sorry, you don't get to say racist stuff about Ramaswamy or Patel, any more than Bo French gets to say racist stuff about Indian UT fans.
Being a leftist doesn't give you a free pass to be a racist.

Because that's exactly how Indian elites/leftists look at india. they are extremely disconnected from India.
The exaggerated head bobs and literal egyptian steps are the caricature of an "Indian", what west thinks and our people will represent India as foreign masters like, just like how they write articles for international media.

MeToo "pioneer" MIT scientist who drove a professor to the brink of su*cide with false r*pe allegations after he broke up with her, told him she wanted to feel like she was "gang r*ped."
Professor David Sabatini has been awarded $6M after his former colleague, Dr. Kristin Knouse, defamed him with completely false allegations.
The MeToo community praised Knouse when she came out with her allegations.
Sabatini's entire career was destroyed by the false allegations as his colleagues all rushed to defend the woman who lied about him.
He also tried taking his own life by hanging himself, according to the Daily Mail.
Newly released texts reveal that Knouse, 38, was the one who pursued Sabatini, 58, and it wasn't until he left her for another woman that she accused him of r*pe.
After the breakup, she texted a friend that he was going to get "Weinstein-ed out of science."
"My lawyers and I are out for blood... prison is what he should get," she said.
She praised how "hopelessly defeated, beyond the violence stage," he was after his career was ruined.
But text messages show that Knouse pursued him and sent him graphic texts.
"I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and feel like I've been gang r*ped," she said in one text message.
Knouse accused Sabatini of making her feel "scared" by his advances, but evidence showed that *she* aggressively pursued him.
When he decided to pursue a different scientist, Knouse ended his career with false accusations.
Sabatini's entire life was destroyed by the woke mob. They fired him from the Whitehead Institute and MIT, and erased his name from papers.
She purposely left key evidence and text messages out when handing over information to investigators that would have proved Sabatini was innocent.
She should never see the outside of a prison cell.

We have to be frank here & admit that there is no significant upside for India in having more Indian-Americans in office.
For Indian-American Republicans, they have to look the other way & explain away 50% of their intern class lamenting that a groyper’s gun jammed trying to conduct a mass shooting event at a Hindu temple along with performative cruelty in immigration policies.
For Indian-American Democrats, they must conduct the Shahada of condemning an ideology that oversaw lifting half a billion humans, forget even Indians, out of poverty as Ro is doing here in addition to tabling insane caste legislation to harass Indians.
The sheer spinelessness & at this point we must admit – striverism – of Indian Americans who seek power means that they will do anything to impress & outdo their peers, which results in comical signaling attempting to surpass their white counterparts in ideological brownie points.
Every Indian-American in power must either signal anti-Indianism in some way or be meek & silent about their identity.
I say this as a 2nd Gen Indian American FWIW.

Honestly, and Ive told Deepinder about this in private as well, people want to dislike him more than they care about the product.
He has a polarising perception- either he inspires awe and inspiration, or dislike and hate. No in the middle.
I use Temple. Ive used it. In fact, I bought it with $$. Its a health tracker. Simple as that. How can you hate a health tracker? Who is forcing someone to buy it?
There are some ambitious science projects built into it- CBF, Entropy etc. But I would never see someone hate Whoop, Garmin, Gabit, Oura or any other like that.
People don’t understand second time founder psychology at all. And this is the first sign of a second time founder attempting global tier innovation out of India.
We need to encourage more of this. Way more. After money stops being the incentive, out best and brightest should build global tier tech- hardware and software.
But, one thing Ive learned also from seeing him- the hate for him is well deserved, because only a man as strong headed as him could face it, use it and build bigger and better with it. The size of your enemy is the size of your potential. Your battles are a symptom of your strength, not your weakness.
Dear Concerned Indian Doctors,
I see your rage against Temple on X. I have a few points
to make:
1. First and foremost, a business lesson: if Temple were a scam, and any of what we said weren't true, people would know it in just a few days of using Temple. We have 14-day, no-questions-asked returns (which even Apple doesn't offer in India). If the product doesn't work, it fails out of the gate and the company dies before recovering a tenth of its R&D.
2. We have already spent $30m building Temple, $20m out of which is my own money. Selling a few thousand devices recovers a small fraction of this investment. A scam that pays nothing is not a scam anyone would run.
3. I left the Eternal CEO role to chase purpose with Temple. This is not about money. I have enough of it to last for generations. My incentives are fully aligned with getting the science right. I am not staking a reputation earned over 20 years on making a quick buck.
4. Our employees bought into our round a few months ago. The round we're raising now is mostly our customers. Scams don't build that cap table.
5. Most wearable companies start with internal studies. Whoop shipped its band in 2015, and the first published validation followed a few years later. We hold ourselves to a higher standard; pre-prints are a step prior to peer reviewed publications, and they are coming up.
6. At some point you have to stick your neck out and say: we believe in our science, and the product is now valuable enough for people to pay for and use. We believe we are there. More validation continues in public.
7. We are confident that we are building something that the world is going to be positively astonished with. We stand by our science and our methods. Each of our claims is easily verifiable by individuals and institutions alike, and you will see a lot of independent studies come up on their own when the device becomes available to use.
Last but not the least, the most ground breaking features in Temple are not even public yet. And some of them, thankfully, have nothing to do with doctors 🤭
Hope this addresses some or all of your concerns. If not, keep raging 😘🤗

A Vahana carrying the deity is considered extremely sacred. In fact, special Pujas are performed to the Vahanas before the deity is taken out in a procession. The Agamas prescribe specific Vahanas for different days of temple festivals, reflecting the significance attached to these traditions.
Adding to this misery is the appalling manner in which the Gopuram is being cleaned, with workers standing atop a sacred Vahana. The use of high pressure water jets also poses a serious risk of damaging the exquisite sculptures adorning the Gopuram.
It is unfortunate that those who have little understanding of the sanctity of our temples and their age old traditions are now entrusted with managing them.

Yashwant bhai it is psychological issue. The Indian liberal elite is Nalasopara Ka Nathan. That elite seeks direction from the West. It looks at examples from his western idols to force fit in India. They have a lack of self belief and always think they're stuck in India in between these ugly Indians. All such analyses stem from there.
I don't really get it. Why do we have to wait for a certain Abu or Mamdani? Forget a certain Zakir Hussain or Faqruddin Ali Ahmed or a classic APJ, even at present why can't we just celebrate our own @asadowaisi ? Or @tehseenp or @shaziailmi or @ShayarImran and hundreds others like them working non stop on the ground? We arrived decades earlier than them, what exactly are we waiting for??
