In a SACCO, if you need 600k loan, you will be required to first give the sacco 200k and thereafter go through out the village collecting signatures like someone who is initiating a referendum.
And I have never understood; I am in need of 600k, unaniambia niweke 200k kwako kwanza ili unipatie 600k......si hapo ni kumaanisha umenipatia 400k?

If you want are keen on counting,there are cameras we call the ANPR’s. The monitors vehicles coming in and going out(thats 2 cameras,entry/exit) . They capture the number plate,a 3D photo, time car came in,colour of car and make, and then uploads all this data in a spreadsheet you can access on your phone,even in real time.
If the number of cars dont match with the revenue,then you can know what leaked when, and by how much

You may dislike, disapprove of and/or hate the ODM leader, Oburu Oginga, but circulating messages that he is dead and celebrating at your death announcement is primitive, retrogressive and inhuman.
Oburu Oginga may be many things to many people, some of which I may not know, however, what I know is that he has not plundered public resources, abused power while serving in public office, abducted, tortured or killed anyone. He is an elder going through health challenges.
Attacking an old man going through health challenges and prematurely celebrating his death is not a heroic act. It is cowardly.
The whole world knows that I don’t pull punches—and on this serious matter—I have to categorically state that those attacking Oburu and wishing him ill should be ashamed of themselves.
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
