What does "elderly movement" look like?
1. Movements are too slow for the environmental demands (hence the "beware, slow humans ahead")
2. Coordination and balance are unsteady (hence the two holding each other by the arms)
3. Posture is bent over (which aggravates problem 1 and 2) SO, your "senior strength training" should purposefully counteract those 3 hallmark characteristics. The training demands are all there in that sign!

I'm convinced the FIRE movement is a gimmick.
It operates under the assumption that life should be lived in 2 distinct buckets:
1. Accumulation: Work hard and pinch pennies.
2. Enjoyment (sort of): 'Retire' and live a frugal life.
To me, that's backward.
Continually delaying gratification is the worst thing you can do with your money.
You'd be better off finding something you love doing where there is potential to make a lot of money.
Get a job with upside where you can advance forward and perform like hell or (better yet) start something of your own that you're excited to pursue.
Save and invest some. And spend your money while you're young, healthy, fit, and energetic.
Choose either route and do it well for a long time.
You'll make a lot of money and you won't have to eat grocery-store ramen and yogurt for the back half of your life.

Lesson #9: Expertise is subjective
Most people don't get started because they think:
"I'm not an expert!"
Nonsense.
Everyone's an expert compared to someone else.
Find those people a few steps behind you on the journey and you have an audience that views you as one.

"How much could I lose?" is not merely a financial question.
If I make this choice:
- How much time could I lose?
- How much sanity could I lose?
- How much reputation could I lose?
- How much happiness could I lose?
Opportunity cost is about a lot more than money.

1) Do less. Stop dividing your attention.
2) Do it right now. Once you have identified the essential, go fast. Maintain a bias toward action.
3) Do it the right way. Acting quickly doesn't mean acting carelessly. Get to work right away, but keep working on it until it's right.
