Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, announced her office was moving to dismiss the criminal case against former Olympian, David Hearn, who had been accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
“The Department of the Interior failed to disclose critical information showing that the damage to the Reflecting Pool resulted from a flawed installation rather than vandalism.”
Translation the President asked Dept of Interior to hide the no bid contract flawed installation and instead try to claim vandals caused the damage.
And guess who got the no- bid contract to “fix” the flawed reflecting pool work? Same Contractor Trump hired for the first botched repair.
