Séamus thinks if he says 'mob' enough times, it becomes true and the images of Carla in Scarva and Big Gav in Dundonald disappear one by one. Of course, they don't, and nobody anywhere in the UK or across the world buys this tosh outside their loyalist echo chamber.
John Finucane apparently believes in the rule of law. This would be the same John Finucane who stood in defiance of the law as part of a terrorist inclusive mob.

My brother was killed at Coagh in 1991. Soldiers were referred to the PPS over operational planning and destruction of evidence. Calling them “brave veterans” answers nothing. Does your rule of law apply to British soldiers, or only to everyone else?
The IRA were terrorists, not soldiers. Their campaign of murder and bombing was not a war of equals, and no amount of historical revisionism will ever make it so. Labour’s Northern Ireland Troubles Bill risks allowing the IRA to rewrite history while British veterans face the prospect of being dragged through investigations decades after serving their country. Where is the accountability for the IRA? Where are the answers from the Irish Government about those who fled across the border, the support they received and the supply of weapons? I served in the British Army. My friend, Captain Robert Nairac, was murdered by the IRA. His body has never been recovered. His family still deserves to know what happened to him and where he lies. The IRA cannot be allowed to portray its campaign of terror as justified by the Good Friday Agreement. Peace does not retrospectively legitimise murder. There is no moral equivalence between terrorists and those who served to uphold the law. This Bill is a betrayal of our veterans and of families still waiting for the truth.

To put all of the recent discourse from Unionist Political Parties about the "Provisional IRA" into perspective:- Can anyone point me to the "outrage" from ANY of the main Unionist Political Parties, when over 1,000 (current) members of the UVF lined the streets of the Newtownards Road in East Belfast in June 2024 in a "show of strength" ? The hypocrisy from the DUP, the TUV and the UUP is breathtaking. All of these Parties who preach from their political pulpits about "law breaking" have indulged the continued existence of Loyalist Terrorist organisations. All of them... @duponline @uuponline @TUVonline @GRobinsonDUP @JonBurrowsMLA @JimAllister @BelTel @BBCNewsNI @UTVNews

Across the UK and the rest of the world it's clear to see a United Ireland is only reasonable closure to all of this. The Westminster occupation of the north becomes a bigger albatross daily. The only people hanging on are a minority in loyalism and the football terraces.
Sinn Fein want to destroy Northen Ireland and unionism should be very wary of those who want to assist them. They’re very quick to identify the first step – but then what’s the plan? Don’t be led down an alley by someone who doesn’t know where they are going.

If you're going with a literary reference, at least get it right. Yeats didn't blame either side, but the fanaticism carried by all - a poem about owning your own intemperate speech. She need look no further than Lockhart, Robinson and Bryson, who started the whole sorry affair.
Today is the day that any concept of a “New Ireland” died. The lies, spin and promises. It was always nonsense, and that had been laid bare. I never want any discord. I want to build a brighter future for Northern Ireland - for all of us. I work to that every day. I believe every person in this place I serve sees that. When others, including the First Minister and her party, have behaved with utter recklessness and disregard for stability and our institutions, I believe in responsibility. I have always embraced those who are different from who I am, and endeavoured to show respect. I have witnessed the tradition I come from treated with such utter contempt and hatred. “Little room, Great Hatred” that is what I’ve seen. That is what we have all saw with our own eyes. I come from the Orange tradition. I am deeply proud of the warmth, compassion, depth and richness of that tradition. All of our traditions come from particular aspects or “sects”. By its very nature, they are “of “something and not “of” something else. They are exclusionary by the very nature of it pertaining to the particular tradition, beliefs or views of some, but it is not exclusionary by experience or engagement. Every religious order or community is exclusionary by doctrine, but not by outreach. We all deserve respect. That respect and tolerance threatens no one. It is hard to believe I have to explain the basics of this so many years after the principles of the Glorious Revolution and our human rights and civil rights frameworks, but here we are. I have been deeply, deeply offended by the way my traditions and culture have been described, treated and expressed. The behaviour, and jubilance tastelessly and appalling shown by some tonight only shines a light on their intolerance, hatred and ignorance. I will never be goaded into punishing the people of Northern Ireland for the reckless of Sinn Fein. But I am disgusted and furious of those who have played to their base and not for what is for everyone. In this election you have a choice - choose those who want Northern Ireland to work, and those who do all they can to make it so.

So let's look at what Jim Alister said when talking about Sanitizing the Garvaghy Road. 'In sociology, history, and political science, the act of using medical, hygienic, or sanitary metaphors to describe human populations is a common mechanism of dehumanization'

'What's yours?' is the operative question. Guarantee that gimp Bryson hasn't read any of these. Or Lockhart Do they think anyone alive 80s, 90s, 00s didn't watch the news week in week out? That we've never visited? That our own ancestry doesn't matter? We exist because of it.
As i commented on the Garvaghy Road and relief that 'common sense' had prevailed. I was then regaled by the bigots and knuckledraggers with 'What do you know about Ireland and Irish history . Let me help you out there 🤣🤣🤣 @IrishUnity @Fni_film @NorthernIreland @mancirish

Watch the video. If one call of "don't want to hear it" is a pantomime of misogyny, then really, this lot need to wire back into reality. This is a mob, and nobody wants the nuisance and public spending to police an OO march (and their mobs), anywhere in these islands.
Yesterday, I went to the courts to support my DUP colleagues & fellow Unionists. What I witnessed was a pantomime of misogynistic sectarian mob mentality, with threats & harassment seemingly given a platform. We won’t be intimidated. We won’t be silenced. We stand together.

Quiminal, so it is
Spokesperson for residents Mr McKenna is quoted in today’s Irish News making clear “there is only one acceptable outcome” in the Court of Appeal, and that is “no Orange march”. Put simply, the law must go their way, they demand, and if it does not, then they will just lawlessly defy it. I never thought it possible that the balaclava could slip so much.

At yet you'd have welcomed their Great British support, as a sign of Unionists working together and securing the place of NI in the UK or some shite, if it had been an outcome you liked.
I condemn the intervention of the Irish PM, Deputy PM and Foreign Minister in the Parades Commission’s Garvaghy Road decision. This is an internal NI matter, firmly within Strand 1 of the GFA. Irish Ministers should not interfere, nor should the British Government invite them.

This march was designed to spread tensions and hatred, and to intimidate the community and families who live there. Scotland should not be providing policing resources for sectarian events like this that are called to inflame tensions.

Common sense. Now the Orange Order should ask themselves why they want to march down that road. And the so-called Unionist ‘leaders’ who have used this issue to stoke tensions, scare people and distract from their own problems really need to have a good look at themselves.
BREAKING - High Court has granted interim relief to the Garvaghy Road residents, stopping the Orange march down Garvaghy road tomorrow, Sunday. #TeamPhoenix
