October 9, 2026… Just 25 days before the Midterm Elections, President Donald Trump reportedly petitioned the United States Supreme Court to revive his Civil RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, members of her 2016 Presidential Campaign, political operatives, attorneys, and organizations connected to the Russia Collusion allegations. And before I get into my theory about where this could be heading, there’s something about the original case that deserves attention. THE JUDGE WHO DISMISSED TRUMP’S LAWSUIT WAS APPOINTED BY BILL CLINTON! That’s right… Federal Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1997, dismissed Trump’s lawsuit in 2022 and later imposed nearly $1 million in sanctions. Think about that for a moment. The husband of one of the principal Defendants appointed the very Judge who dismissed the case. Trump even sought to have Judge Middlebrooks recuse himself, but the Judge denied the request, stating that he had no personal relationship with Bill or Hillary Clinton. Now, here’s where my theory comes in… WHAT IF THIS CIVIL RICO CASE IS ONLY THE BEGINNING? The original lawsuit alleged that Hillary Clinton, campaign associates, attorneys, and others participated in a coordinated effort to damage Trump’s 2016 Presidential Campaign by promoting allegations connecting him to Russia. The lawsuit was dismissed. Those allegations have NOT been established as criminal findings. But Trump is now asking the Supreme Court to review that dismissal. And IF the Supreme Court takes SWIFT action, and IF the case eventually returns to the lower Court with claims permitted to proceed, something very important could happen… DISCOVERY! We’re talking about the possibility of obtaining emails, communications, documents, financial records, and sworn testimony relevant to the surviving claims. EVIDENCE WE ALREADY HAVE! And here’s what many people may not realize… Discovery isn’t necessarily limited to the people named as Defendants. If someone outside the lawsuit possesses relevant evidence, that individual could potentially be subpoenaed, subject to the Court’s rules and applicable legal protections. Now think about the broader Russia Investigation. The Obama White House! The CIA, FBI, NSA, and Department of Justice. The Clinton Campaign, DNC, Fusion GPS, Perkins Coie, and the Steele Dossier network. And the foreign intelligence contacts, including those involving Five Eyes partner nations. And if credible evidence of criminal wrongdoing emerges, could that information lead to separate Criminal Referrals or Investigations? ABSOFREEKINLOOTY! Now consider what we already know. Special Counsel Robert Mueller did not establish a criminal conspiracy between Trump’s Campaign and the Russian Government. Special Counsel John Durham later documented serious failures in the FBI’s handling of the investigation. The Department of Justice Inspector General identified 17 significant errors and omissions in the Carter Page FISA applications. And former FBI Attorney Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty to altering an email connected to that surveillance process. Those are documented developments, not hypothetical ones. So here’s my theory… What if Trump is pursuing this Civil RICO case not simply for damages, but because he believes reopening it could provide another avenue to uncover evidence? What if the timing is intentional? October 9… Supreme Court Petition. November 3… Midterm Elections. And potentially, between those dates, the Supreme Court takes SWIFT action... CLEAN AND SWIFT ACTION COULD THIS BE THE OCTOBER SURPRISE? Because IF this case is revived, IF Discovery eventually proceeds, and IF new evidence implicates additional individuals, the consequences could extend beyond the original Civil Litigation. RICO BAYBEE! SO THE QUESTIONS REMAIN... WHO KNEW WHAT? WHEN DID THEY KNOW IT? WHO AUTHORIZED IT? AND WHO, IF ANYONE, KNOWINGLY MISLED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OR ABUSED THE POWER OF OUR GOVERNMENT? If crimes were committed, I want accountability under the Law, regardless of who was involved! No selective Justice. No political retaliation. No protection because of someone’s title, connections, or position in Government. This country cannot afford another abuse of its investigative institutions.
