Anthropic is about to have an ABSOLUTE WAR CHEST once they pulls off its rumored $100 BILLION IPO raise. According to its latest S-1 filing, Anthropic is sitting on $131.7B in cash and short term investments, making it the third largest cash pile among non banking companies in the US behind only Berkshire Hathaway and Alphabet. That's more than Amazon, Microsoft, Nvidia, Apple, and Meta individually. And here's where things get interesting. Anthropic is reportedly looking to raise as much as $100 billion through its upcoming IPO. If it raises that full amount, its cash pile could theoretically grow to more than $230 BILLION, putting it within striking distance of Alphabet's $242.5 billion. But what's even more important is what Anthropic can DO with that money. We're talking about a company that needs enormous amounts of computing power to train and run increasingly sophisticated AI models. Having this much capital gives Anthropic the ability to secure long term GPU capacity, invest in data center infrastructure, develop new models, and expand its enterprise business without constantly needing to raise additional funding. And this is exactly why I continue to be bullish on the AI infrastructure trade. Anthropic already has hundreds of billions of dollars in future infrastructure and compute commitments, and a successful IPO could give it even more financial flexibility to support those investments. That spending translates into demand for GPUs, memory, networking equipment, data centers, and electricity. And the best part is that Anthropic is already turning these investments into revenue.
Broadcom just helped line up $63 BILLION to finance AI chips for Anthropic. Bank of America, Blackstone, Citi and Morgan Stanley are funding a brand new special purpose vehicle that will buy Broadcom XPU accelerators and networking gear and then lease all of it to Anthropic. Bank of America, Citi and Morgan Stanley are arranging the first lien debt, while Blackstone is the sole committed provider of the second lien piece. The most interesting part is that $AVGO is backstopping the deal itself. Broadcom is providing residual value support equal to the entire first lien portion, which means it is effectively guaranteeing what those chips will be worth later. Deliveries are expected to start in 2027, and the deal is part of the compute agreement Broadcom announced back in April, when it said Anthropic would access roughly 3.5 gigawatts of next generation TPU compute through Broadcom. Anthropic's S1, also filed today, shows just how big this relationship is. The company has signed five year equipment leases with Broadcom worth approximately $161.2 billion in rent, and those leases cannot be canceled except in the case of a default. This is how the AI buildout is being paid for now. Instead of the AI lab buying the chips, Wall Street buys them, the lab rents them and the chipmaker guarantees the collateral. $BAC, $BX, $C and $MS get a HUGE new lending business, Broadcom gets its chips sold, and Anthropic gets compute without spending the cash upfront.

Just wrapped our earnings call. It was a fast start to our fiscal year. Microsoft Cloud revenue surpassed $63B, with growth accelerating to 30% YoY. Lots of innovation as we build the new tech stack for the agentic wave. A few highlights:

I don't think many people realize how extraordinary the Anthropic $ANT IPO truly is:
ANTHROPIC IS GOING PUBLIC, AND THE NUMBERS ARE INSANE... The company behind Claude has filed to list on the Nasdaq under $ANT, potentially setting up the BIGGEST IPO IN HISTORY But buried in its own SEC filing are some massive red flags. Here's what you need to know: 💰 $16.3 BILLION in revenue in just the first half of 2026. 📉 $80.7 BILLION net loss over the same period, largely driven by a non-cash accounting charge. 🤯 $235 BILLION in potential AI computing commitments with SpaceXAI, Nvidia, and Google. 📈 $2 TRILLION potential valuation, more than DOUBLE its last private valuation of $965 billion. 🏦 $100 BILLION potentially raised in what could become the largest IPO ever. And here's the kicker... Anthropic's own filing warns that its explosive growth may not last, it could need more cash sooner than expected, and advanced AI could pose catastrophic risks to humanity. The company also says it doesn't expect to pay dividends anytime soon. Would you invest in Anthropic at a $2 TRILLION valuation?

Anthropic $ANT IPO filing shows it now generates $2.08 in revenue for every $1 spent on compute which is up from just $0.40 in Q1 2025. Whats wild is that revenue grew ~29x while compute spending rose only ~6x as products like Claude Code drive adoption and more efficient models make each AI task cheaper to run.

$AMZN CEO Andy Jassy says "a good chunk of '28 is sold out" while AWS is already having to split scarce memory between AI accelerators and its core cloud business. That's now the world's largest cloud provider confirming what $SPCX and $NBIS have been saying all month with SpaceX unable to find spare compute and Nebius saying it could sell out 2027 capacity at today's prices. It's getting harder to see where the AI compute glut bears expected in 2028 is supposed to come from.

The world’s most accomplished tech founders and business leaders are betting hundreds of billions on AI with extraordinary conviction. Meanwhile much of the investing world thinks they’re making a massive mistake. The irony is hard to ignore. An investment industry where very few have historically managed to beat a passive index is now questioning the judgment of the people building the technology and running the businesses that will put it to work. Maybe the investors are right. Maybe the builders are. But I can’t remember a time when the stakes were this high and the two sides saw the future so differently.

Lots of VCs kindof sound like this: "Your basketball team doesn't have a moat, any healthy human can throw the ball into the basket thingy. " People who have not run companies before don't understand how much the team matters more than some imagined structural moat.

How bad is this Gitlab issue? About as bad as it gets. Anyone on the internet can take over an exposed, self-hosted GitLab server without logging in, on any version from the last 12 years. Shodan is showing ~60K exposed servers online, which is a lot, but there are are far more internally for anyone with a foothold already.

Let me explain reality… if you have but sixty seconds: They were targeting Elon They were targeting him with fake charges because the socialist-industrial complex is terrified that he would expose their long grift. They came after him for the Model 3 and Elon’s claims around its potential. That potential was realized, and it became, along with the Model Y, the best-selling electric vehicle ever created. These were fake charges to try to stop somebody from building the best category-defining product. Let that sink in: that's how evil these motherfuckers are. The loooooong grift has been exposed: socialist grifters are stealing our tax dollars to fund fringe lunacy, NGOs and government programs without oversight or audits. They’re parasites incapable of creating any product or service that has to compete in the open market. Elon creates a couple of cutting-edge products each year, and half of them succeed. Some of them actually change the world. Some of them fail brutally. It's called capitalism. It's called creation. This is what moves the human condition forward: trying things. Trying really hard things. Socialists come for the people building valuable products and services — that’s the tell Keep your eye out for the people who've created nothing and risked nothing, but who are attacking the people who risk everything to create Something. That's the tell.
