Great picture of the youngest Gills playing before being mascots for @TheGillsFC! Thanks so much for having us and it was great to see the team win!

GB Deaf Women's football team needs your help! As head coach, I strongly believe we have a chance of winning gold at the Deaflympics 2025. However, in order to be the best, we need the right resources. Please donate to Mark Gill’s fundraising page. peoplesfundraising.com/fundr…

(1/2) Poor customer service at @currys , absolutely no accessibility and reasonable adjustments in place for Deaf BSL users. A deaf person wishing to return a faulty TV (bought just a few days earlier) was told to get a family member or a friend to make the call.

Deaf people in this day and age having to ask someone to 'help them". We are fully capable of managing our own affairs thanks! Get with the times @currys 's!The deaf person had to pay an interpreter to make the call which took almost two hours-only to be told they couldn't help!

Really frustrated with @M6tollRoad - the lady on the speaker (at M6 Toll station) said I would get refunded as I went off at wrong exit. Emailed them with two receipts and bank statement. Still waiting for response. I am deaf and rely on emails.

Disappointed with @DFS as the salesperson said all sofas (including corner sofa) can go through ANY standard door but unfortunately the one we bought cannot go through our standard door this morning. Would appreciate more honestly from their sales team.

Number of deaf football clubs in UK are dangerously low, need to remove the DCL and focus more on grassroot - this will help to protect and prolong the deaf football into the next generation. After that, we can then reintroduce the DCL for our UK deaf football.

Christmas Tree Show - great visual accessibility for deaf people but would appreciate subtitles or captions on all songs so that I can follow... @Longleat
Oh no! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
Hi Charlotte! We decided to use Makaton because it combines multiple methods of communication, symbols, expressions and signs, making it more widely accessible. Staff will be able to finger spell and use basic signs to communicate with visitors who use BSL. Hope this helps 🙂

Fantastic opportunity for deaf young people aged 16-25 to discuss about communication support at college, university or work based training. 😀 buzz.org.uk/events/education…

Mark Goldberg - time to go now. You have been with us for 6/7 years now, we went one step forward then two steps backward and no sign of *real* improvements. This is my boyhood club and you are hurting us right now. Time to hand the club ownership to the supporters now.
