Shame to lose a really good member of staff but also rewarding to see him go onto work at a higher category closer to home. A superb opportunity for someone to come into a great programme #ProudToBe

The best young players in @NL_Enterprise North
Tom Scott @OxCityFC
The former Sunderland player had an impressive season with Oxford City with a goal contribution rate of 0.6 per 90 mins from midfield in a side that struggled at the wrong end of the table for most of the season.
An energetic box to box midfielder who can play as an 8 or 10, makes intelligent runs in behind from deep and is constantly on the move, in a better team I would expect some serious numbers from him and would suit teams that like to control possession with lots of movement and rotation.
Be surprised if clubs like @bostonunited @wokingfc @altrinchamfc don’t already have him on their radar, and even higher with the likes of maybe a few @EFL clubs
Great to see @Leecosgrove10 getting opportunities. Good coach, good guy. All the best Lee 👏👏👏
Welcome to Magna, Lee! 🔴⚪️
A fantastic addition to the club — bringing experience, passion, and a winning mentality. Excited to have you on board and can’t wait to see what’s ahead! 💪⚽️

Second #SundayShare session for today.
Created with @SSPlanner
Attack the centre part two.
Moving from 2v2 in to a 4v2 attack.
Players attack the centre then pull wide for attack number two.
Goals need to be scored from the central area.
Wide players can cut inside or make runs inside from wide off the ball.

First #SundayShare session for today.
Created with @SSPlanner
2v2s to attack the small gap in the centre.
Defenders deliberately slightly wide and stepping in to cover the space.
Can the two attackers exploit the gap before it vanishes?

Playing Out and Pressing - Organisation
Created using @SSPlanner.
Blue team attack goal A and goal B.
Red team attack goal C and goal D.
The teams can organise themselves however they choose.
How many players should they commit to pressing?
What is the reward?
What happens if they drop everyone deep?
