if this PHP vulnerability allows remote code execution, doesn't that mean we can use the vulnerability to auto-patch all vulnerable servers?

ADHD is closely linked to a delayed body clock.
Early evidence suggests correcting this delay can also improve ADHD symptoms.
Up to 78 percent of people with ADHD have a body clock that runs late, and moving that clock earlier has been linked to fewer ADHD symptoms. A 2025 paper by two Canadian doctors pulled the evidence together and laid out a treatment plan.
Melatonin, the hormone that tells your body it's time to sleep, starts rising about 45 minutes later at night in children with ADHD and about 90 minutes later in adults. Brandon Luu of Queen's University and Nicholas Fabiano of the University of Ottawa gathered this research in Frontiers in Psychiatry. Sleep problems affect up to 80 percent of adults with ADHD and up to 82 percent of children.
People with ADHD also tend to have a flatter, later daily cortisol rhythm, and some studies have found a smaller pineal gland, the tiny gland deep in the brain that makes melatonin. Their body clock genes show weaker daily swings too.
Melatonin and bright light therapy have both moved the body clock earlier in children and adults with ADHD. Early studies link that shift to fewer ADHD symptoms, and sleep programs for children have improved symptoms, sleep, and daily functioning.
Screening every ADHD patient for sleep and body clock problems is the first step in the plan the authors propose. After that come a fixed wake-up time, bright light in the morning, less light and screen time at night, regular daily routines, and low-dose melatonin for people whose clock is clearly running late.
The paper is a perspective piece that summarizes earlier research, and much of the treatment evidence is still early. For the large group of people with ADHD whose clocks run late, the first steps it recommends are about light, timing, and routine. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4145…

Being a computer scientist who refuses to find anything about LLMs interesting right now is a bit like being a geneticist who refuses to find anything interesting about the recently opened Jurassic Park

HCF (Halt and Catch Fire) is an autonomous development plugin for Claude Code by Mark Shust. You define requirements interactively with AI (human-in-the-loop planning), then parallel TDD workers implement tasks autonomously via Red-Green-Refactor cycles, handling dependencies and hooks for reviews.

Our participation in the syntax generation of software engineering is gone -- and good riddance. However, the rest, and most important part, of software engineering is still in full force.

Man how lucky are millennial devs, just as we’re getting too old and tired for this job, all the tedium gets magically removed and there’s an amplifier that makes all of our knowledge 1000x more useful (and necessary)

Shockingly, it just came up with that because I didn't define any specifics.
I just dug through my logs and found the result of my extended plan mode session, which planned out the whole app from the beginning: gist.github.com/markshust/5f…
After the plan was done, I started a new session to clear the context and told it:
"Execute plan ~/.claude/plans/glittery-imagining-yao.md. If you are ever lost, confused, or have a question, don't hesitate to stop and ask me for clarification. I am the product manager, technical engineer, and quality assurance manager."
It did it's thing and built stuff. After a while, it was time for it to build the home page/styling. I created another new session, then I told it:
"Use the frontend-design skill to create a public home page for mergelater. It is meant to be a public sales-facing page that explains all of the benefits of MergeLater. Follow existing design aesthetic, but feel free to spruce it up, add animations, make it appealing, etc. I'm thinking a single-page format now, with links at the top that scroll down to the different sections of the site. Really play into the demographic of the potential end-user. Feed into their desires, pains, and needs for this service."
It then came up with this plan: gist.github.com/markshust/62…
The frontend-design skill did 100% of the styling, branding, and design definitions in that file! Amazing, huh?
