Google Announces Geospatial Creator powered by ARCore & Google Maps and it allows you to visualize, design, and publish world-anchored content by using Unity !
Few features available:
📌 Photorealistic 3D Tiles: Visualize the 3D geometry of the world and deploy location-anchored content accurately with high-resolution, photorealistic 3D tiles.
📌 Geospatial anchors: Place and anchor 3D content at any given latitude, longitude, and altitude with sub-meter accuracy in areas covered by Google Street View.
📌 Terrain anchors: Place and anchor 3D content with only latitude and longitude coordinates, using data from Google Maps to determine ground level.
📌 Rooftop anchors: Use rooftops to place and anchor 3D content with respect to the building geometry and terrain in areas covered by Google Street View.

Everyone is talking about OpenAI, Microsoft and Stability as a huge AI player.
But there is one company that arguable the best positioned in the space, and they dont even have an LLM offering yet.
Apple has the potential to shift the entire AI landscape, here's how:

Because Apple isn't very optimistic about the AR/MR headset announcement recreating the astounding "iPhone moment," the mass production schedule for assembly has been pushed back by another 1-2 months to mid-to-late 3Q23. The delay also adds uncertainty to whether the new device will appear at WWDC 2023, as the market widely expects. Furthermore, due to the delay in mass production for assembly, the shipment forecast this year is only 200,000 to 300,000 units, lower than the market consensus of 500,000 units or more.
The main concerns for Apple not being very optimistic regarding the market feedback to the AR/MR headset announcement include the economic downturn, compromises on some hardware specifications for mass production (such as weight), the readiness of the ecosystem and applications, a high selling price (USD 3,000-4,000 or even higher), etc.

This is one of my favourite stories in sports #D2C + #OTT era. A football club that launched its own #streaming platform instead of taking a poor deal from a broadcaster, and turned it into Millions 💶.
What could have been if it wasn't for UEFA's FFP getting in the way:
