RESPONSE TO THE MEDIA STATEMENT OF THE NATIONAL DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT I have noted the media statement issued by the National Department of Transport today. Recollections vary, and in this matter they vary at the extreme ends. I therefore respond using the Department's own documents, its own investigator's findings, and the confirmed findings of the Auditor-General of South Africa to refute them. Further; I will today through eNCA make a Protected Disclosure on continued failure by my employer to recognize the harm this has caused, the threat to my physical and psychological safety and now, what I consider character assassination calculated for release after I gave Notice to my employer that I will today be making a protected disclosure on my case before the Labour Court.

My Employer has issued a Statement with a number of untruths. I will accordingly issue a detailed statement immediately and will be on ENCA later today on what occurred. Thank you all.
