Inexplicable how Nottingham Forest breach Premier League losses by £34.5m and are docked 4 points yet Everton in breach by £36.1m (£19.5m/£16.6m) docked 8 points. Double the punishment. Even more inexplicable City and Chelsea completely unaffected.
