We are introducing body worn video cameras to help keep crews safe and enhance service delivery to our communities.
From Monday, these cameras will be worn by Operational Firefighters, Community Safety Officers and Fire Safety Teams.

On 21 March, a Derbyshire fire engine was involved in a single vehicle collision. As previously reported, 1 firefighter was seriously injured & 4 others sustained minor injuries.

Sunday evening the stop message went in for Win Hill. This incident lasted 6 days and took a lot of resources away from the community. Well done to all the firefighters involved, control staff and partner agencies. All this was because of a camp stove @DerbyshireFRS #bemooraware

2/2 Derbyshire FRS Unimog No. 2 was actually No. 3 since No. 2 was written off pre-delivery after a rollover incident while on test at the military vehicles proving ground in Surrey.
