I see so many people coming into partnerships with clients and just implementing their systems, processes , staffing etc in a strict manner, almost cookie cutter in a way. Reality is, not every business is the same. Size and volume matters. Get a client, dissect the current state, then create a plan for them based on your knowledge and tools that will generate them the most PROFIT. That how YOU make money in this game, not by tryna be fancy and ridged. Profit over everything
