It would take months for people to cancel their old patreon so it would be a few months at least of some free money. You keep saying how easy it is for you to make a new show then do it using the old show as a little push. It costs you NOTHING and could work if you work hard!

@VitoComedy there is no ac ban in the U.K. The one case all the newspapers are talking about is a guy who didn’t get planning permission to alter his houses footprint. You are also right, it’s just never been this hot this often in our lifetimes. I have ac and it’s awesome

But the reason most people don’t have it is it’s never been this hot and it’s very expensive to retrofit ac to our fully brick buildings. People don’t have thousands of dollars to throw at ac. Not to mention the portable ones sell out near instantly.

@dickmasterson btw there is no air conditioning ban. The one article that went off about the council telling a guy to remove his ac is because he altered the footprint of his building without planning permission. Would have been fine if he got permission.

Also I’m a Brit with air conditioning. Life isn’t worth living without it in this heat. Many more people want it but it’s expensive to retrofit it into our brick houses and the portable ones are all sold out.

I’m pleased to see that all claims against Dr Beth Upton have been dismissed. But simply on the basis of her repulsive racism, the anti-trans nurse Sandie Peggie should never be allowed to work in nursing again. All those championing Peggie should hang their heads in shame.

That isn’t what happened at all. Once she realised she had both phones in her possession the police interviewed her and instead of explaining her story (we don’t even know if her story is true) she no commented the police. She hindered their investigation and wasted police time

Actually no, it’s very scarce of targets. Whilst I was there not a single patient went in with covid and the only time anybody caught covid was at the same time when I got it too. The intensive care especially during covid time was extremely strict and other than doctors and

Nurses and the very rare visitor there was nobody else. If you went to a supermarket for 1 shop you’ve just interacted with more people than weeks in the intensive care unit. Then you have to add that people are constantly cleaning and using protection compared to outside.
