@AlphaSchool77 Where Web3 Meets Community @BladeofgodX Innovative Web3 Gaming project Hello Alpha Schoolers! Today, I'm here to introduce a fascinating project, especially for the gamers in our community. Are you all aware of the two biggest trends in new technology? With the advent of ChatGPT, #AI has become a hot topic in the tech world. And, as we're in #Web3, I'm sure you're all aware that Blockchain technology is a massive wave gaining interest. The project I’m about to share with you combines both of these technologies. Of course, it's a Web3 project—if it wasn’t, I probably wouldn’t be posting a thread about it! And yes, it successfully integrates AI into the blockchain. But you know what's even better? It's a gaming project—a sector in Web3 with immense potential for mass adoption, as the concept of digital asset ownership (NFTs) is easier to grasp. [1] So, let’s dive into this exciting project: Blade of God X. 1) Background: Blade of God X has its roots in the Web2 gaming world, specifically in the Blade of God series (1 and 2). Although these games may not be as well-known in the Korean market, they have been very successful in China, amassing millions of users and downloads. Now, Blade of God is expanding globally, integrating both Web3 and AI—two of the most exciting and state-of-the-art technologies. 2) What kind of game is Blade of God X? Blade of God X is an Action-RPG game, a genre that many gamers are already familiar with. The storyline is rooted in Norse mythology, where players take on the role of an “Inheritor,” reborn through cycles, and embark on a journey from Muspelheim to explore the vast realms supported by the World Tree. By traversing the timelines of Voidom, Primglory, and Trurem, players can choose between “Sacrifice” or “Redemption,” allowing them to acquire artifacts or seek the assistance of hundreds of deities, including Odin the Allfather and Loki the Evil, to shape the world’s progression. Based on the success of the previous two versions of Blade of God and its mythical background, I think it’s safe to say that this game likely contains the fun factor that all successful games have. Although we still need to actually play it to see how enjoyable it is, we can make an educated guess based on the successful beta test results. [2] Now, let’s move on to the AI integration. How does the game incorporate AI technology? Blade of God X introduces an AI Agent into the game. In layman’s terms, as you play the game, the AI Agent learns your gameplay style and can replicate your strategic decisions. Essentially, when you’re online, the AI studies how you play. When you’re offline, it plays just like you, in your place. Many RPGs contain routine, relatively boring tasks like grinding for leveling up or training specific skills. Your AI Agent can handle these mundane tasks, leaving you with more time to enjoy the fun aspects of the game, maximizing your enjoyment and engagement. [3] And now, the blockchain integration: Blade of God X is built on Immutable zkEVM, a promising blockchain that many Web3 games are focusing on. Using Immutable allows Blade of God X to offer a seamless, fast, and cost-effective experience for players who want to interact with in-game assets, such as NFTs. [4] Combining AI and Blockchain Blade of God X merges these two technologies, letting players enjoy the game while teaching their AI Agents their unique gameplay style. These AI Agents become digital assets themselves, recorded on the blockchain. Isn’t that exciting? [5] From an Investor's Perspective As a gamer, this is quite an innovative and interesting game. From an investor's point of view, there are a few more things to consider. First of all, it’s backed by some of the biggest investors in the field, like @Delphi_Ventures and @OKX_Ventures and also by @YieldGuild, @BreederDAO, @071_labs. The game has gone through two tests in March and May, with very successful results. We can also look at the past NFT launch. Blade of God X launched its Genesis NFT through a free mint, and it is currently valued at 0.398 ETH at the time of writing this thread. The exciting news is that there’s going to be a second NFT launch soon, along with a third test launch of the game. I’ll be back with more detailed information on this second NFT launch—it's called the Ethereal PFP NFT. ## To summarize for those who prefer shorter threads: Blade of God X is an Action RPG that combines AI and blockchain, making it highly innovative. Its predecessors, Blade of God 1 and 2, were very successful in the Chinese market. The game is backed by well-known investors like Delphi and OKX Ventures. Its past beta tests and Genesis NFT launch were successful. A new NFT launch is coming up, so stay tuned to Alpha School’s Twitter and Discord for more detailed info in the near future! Thread Written By: Punes Alphaschool Co-founder @AlphaSchool77 Where Web3 Meets Community @BladeofgodX Innovative Web3 Gaming project 안녕하세요 Alpha School 여러분! [1] Blade of God X 1) 등장배경 Blade of God X는 웹2 게임 세계에서 시작된 Blade of God 시리즈(1, 2)에 뿌리를 두고 있습니다. 2) Blade of God X는 어떤 게임인가? Twitter teapawt.net/BladeofgodX Discord discord.gg/bogx Epic Store store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/… Website bladeofgod.net OpenSea opensea.io/collection/bogx-g…
