Previous research has demonstrated that physical activity can improve HF symptoms and improve quality of life and level of independence in terms of everyday tasks. However, the number of patients that engage in regular physical activity is sub-optimal. We aim to develop an intervention to engage patients with HF in physical activity to improve health-related outcomes. The intervention will be evaluated to assess feasibility and acceptability with HF patients and healthcare professionals involved with their care."
