Service Update: ShareholderView faced intermittent disruptions today 9:40 AM-3:30 PM (GMT+2) due to an upstream provider connection error. This caused temporary page errors, but no data was compromised. A fix is deployed & services are fully stable. Apologies for the interruption

1/ A Zimbabwean novelist built a ~$15K/year subscription business entirely on WhatsApp.
No website. No app. No payment processor.
Just one phone number and 1,500 paying subscribers. 🧵
1/Our primary energy data provider went offline.
We had two choices: wait… or build.
We chose to build.
3/First prototype:
photodiode + tape + wires
It worked.
Now evolving into a clip-on optical sensor for reliable, non-invasive installs.
