I'll just say it: if you think $4.5k/80 hrs for experienced work is too much, then dog-pile me too because: - I started making about that much in 2017 & have made more since 2019 - I've made up to $7k/2 wks i.e. 80 hrs in the past - right now I make over $5k/2 wks before bonuses

My illustrations take me a long time since I put lots of details into them. That peach drawing with bowser, Mario and the sushi took me more than 80 hours to complete. This baker peach took me more than 80 hours. I don’t understand why people are getting mad over my prices.

Last summer at the county fair there was a mother and daughter next to me in the craft area looking at halloween-themed displays and talking about how they hate "creepy" things and now young parents are having their 5 year olds "rebuke" neighborhood halloween decorations.........

William Morris’ wife left him for his friend and then he got really into translating Icelandic folklore and became a super socialist and the other man attempted suicide, so that was an interesting Introduction

makes me sad seeing yall attack that artist for how they charge their artwork. Art is a luxury! yall would lose ur minds if u knew how much top illustrators charged per piece during the golden age of illustration 😅 I get not being able to afford it but that’s a personal problem
