So clearly the Byline Times and its reporters includes this anonymous account, the so-called "NarcAware"? Otherwise, why would you be replying to concerns about its identity?
Is there nothing else occuring at 11:00 on the 11th of November that Tower Hamlets councillors and "key partners" might want to attend?
No one is disputing the account "NarcAware" is operated by a real person - they are wondering why the Byline Times is responding to requests made to NarcAware to reveal their identity, and saying Byline Times contact details are readily available. Seems to be very odd behaviour!
Replying to @peterjukes @ShipleyWrites
Appears the most likely explanation is that an unnamed Byline Times staff member has messed up, badly, by exposing a sock puppet account? Why else would the Byline Times respond to a request made to an anonymous, allegedly unassociated account to reveal their full name?

The sort of clarity we need. Conservatives need to develop a plan, and then deliver it.
I'd also backdate it as long as possible.
Tony Smith has worked in border enforcement for 50 years; he makes some excellent points:
1) Leaving the ECHR alone will not stop the small boats. You will, at minimum, also need to amend (or repeal) the Human Rights Act and Modern Slavery protections.
2) Border force should be able to detain migrants indefinitely; unless they agree to a voluntary return or produce the necessary documents — 98% of small boat arrivals arrive without a passport, they are told to throw their passports, phones and any other documentation into the sea by the smugglers, as this makes it essentially impossible for the Home Office to determine who these people actually are.
3) Successive Governments have lacked the political will to amend UK legislation and return to the system we had from the 1970s to the 1990s; which allowed border force to detain and deport people quickly.
4) The House of Lords is a big barrier to tightening immigration and asylum law, as they are sympathetic to the wishes of migrants and asylum seekers over the wishes of the British public.

Indeed. No matter how much voters have expressed preference against immigration we have seen a huge increase regardless. This causes a massive feedback loop of crisis of legitimacy in democratic politics and the the confidence of the people in the state to do what they want.
The problem of immigration policy, I suppose, is that while voters really don't like immigration, immigrants really, really like immigration, and policymakers tend to be somewhere in between.
If you have any viable path for immigration, people are going to find it, and policymakers are going to be hesitant to throw them out after the fact.
The idea that London was "always diverse" is a myth.
Tower Hamlets, the borough Whitechapel is located in, was 76% White British or Irish as recently as 1981 - it was just 24% White British or Irish just 40 years later.

Demographic change in Whitechapei? How many centuries are you going back?

Shameful
The Home Office is funding offers to landlords at TWICE the market rent to kick tenants out so illegal immigrants can be housed there instead
Shabana Mahmood must urgently cancel this appalling activity
Landlords offered bumper rents to evict tenants and house small boat migrants as Labour accused of 'outrageous racket' in broken Britain trib.al/WSjDV6a
The massive demographic change seen in areas like Whitechapel is directly funded by British taxpayers, who provide benefits and subsidised housing to new arrivals while being priced out of their own capital with crippling rents and stagnant salaries.
Should have been done years ago.
Reports that polygamous households are benefiting from welfare 'top-ups', expose the truly dysfunctional nature of multiculturalism in Britain.
The British state must adopt a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to polygamy.

Human rights laws mean you not only have to live next to deadly terrorists - you have to pay for their upkeep and their legal fees too. It's time to leave the ECHR and scrap the HRA.

Anthony Myers - who has admitted in this piece to working on (fiddled) statistics put out by the BBC on migrant crime - currently works for the Ministry of Justice.
That's right, the very department currently going to court to block the publication of crime data has employees previously engaged in lying to the public about the issue.
"Before sentencing, defence barrister Simon Williams said Ali had "experienced trauma" in Somalia, which had affected his mental health[.]"
Our asylum system encourages the entry of highly dangerous and erratic men, who pose a real threat to the British people.
Uncontrolled mass migration has been a disaster for British workers. Our country is more than a globalised economic zone - and it's appalling that our politicians fail to recognise that.
