Loved diving deep into the psychology of money with @BitcoinArchive 🔥 Thank you Archie for having me. Meeting you in person after watching you interview legends was surreal 👐
In this episode, we covered how the fiat system exactly mirrors an abusive relationship and how deeply the abuse is normalised 🤨

The Psychology Of Financial Freedom with Psychotherapist Helena Andrejko @MindTheBlock21
Drawing on trauma psychology, monetary systems can mirror abusive relationships, conditioning people to accept surveillance, and financial insecurity as normal.
Helena absolutely nailed the comparison in a way I had not considered before.

Speaker Announcement: Don Tsell
What happens when Bitcoin media, community and self-sufficiency all meet in one person?
We’re excited to welcome Don Tsell to Sovereignty Summit 2027.
Don is a respected producer, agent and operator in the Bitcoin media space. He is Executive Producer of The Maxis Club Show and its spinoff, Tselly and Frens, and supports creators, shows and strategic partnerships across the wider Bitcoin ecosystem.
But Don’s work doesn’t stop at media.
He also owns Chicken Tender Farms, an off-grid bird farm built around self-sufficiency and self-sovereignty, where even the waste has a purpose — including using bird manure as part of the energy story around Bitcoin mining.
That mix of media, community, Bitcoin and practical self-reliance makes Don a natural fit for Sovereignty Summit.
At the Summit, he’ll bring a grounded perspective on what sovereignty looks like when it moves beyond theory and into the way we work, build, communicate and live.
📍 Coronet Peak, Queenstown, New Zealand

I am old enough to remember when this used to be called terrorism.
now Its just any old Saturday... part of the plan
'Keep walking' & 'nothing to see here' framing is pretty accurate. Shops have been looted, historic buildings torched, people’s livelihoods destroyed while the political class offers calibrated language instead of the army to protect people, streets, and businesses.
Have we normalised the idea that the state will not seriously protect private property and public order when it gets politically inconvenient?
This is Byung-Chul Han’s algophobia in action - our politicians are running palliative politics that refuses any decisive response because the short-term cost feels intolerable, even if the long-term result is worse.
Elections coming - who to appease? Who are the voters? Imagine the serious dilemma politicians have on their mind right now. It doesn't matter, does it - Cantillonaires are safe behind gates where the consequences hardly arrive. Fiat-era habit of rolling problems forward fully on!
What a joy to live in a world infected by the woke, by the fiat logic.

MYTH: "Bitcoin is for criminals."
REALITY: Traditional banks handle over 95% of global money laundering.

if you live with someone with ADHD and they say "i'm putting this in a safe spot," take it out of their hands. that item is about to leave this dimension.
Denial is now our default. It protects us. Seeing that the system we depend on is abusive is harder than living inside it, becaue our survival runs thought the currency system. To question thay system is to question our own safety.
It you are in Bitcoin, I want to know you - you are a big time non-conformist. [And by Bitcoin I don't mean ETFs 😝]
A child abused by their parents concludes something must be wrong with him, and @MindTheBlock21 argues entire societies cope with an abusive monetary system in the exact same way.
Let's call a fiat medium of exchange what it really is - a permission slip 🤷
When expressing distrust exposes you to punishment, @MindTheBlock21 asks what exactly is democratic about your vote, in a world where money has become permission slips issued by the state.
Thank you @PaulaBTCEdge
for having me on. I really enjoyed our conversation on broken money, trauma, CBDCs, and keeping Bitcoin decentralised.
⚡️Had a wonderful chat with Helena @MindTheBlock21 about how broken money creates trauma, CBDCs are already coming, and why Bitcoin must stay decentralized and more⚡️
Shoutouts @JeffBooth

Serious question:
How do I hide viewing activity on a show to conceal the fact I finished the entire season while my partner was asleep?
I can deal with watching the episodes again.

145 years ago today, the great Ludwig von Mises was born, and the world is better for it.

My flatmate doesn’t contribute to anything at home. She doesn’t pay rent, buy groceries, cook, or clean up after herself.
At least she can help with a bench press.
