My children love pesto so I thought I would make homemade pesto. It's completely yummy & easy to make. This amount goes a very long way. I have kept some in a jar with a lid and froze the rest into ice cubes. Perfect for when the kid's friends come round over half term! #HalfTerm – at Ivinghoe, England

It may not look like it from the photo, but the sea state is too rough for safe paddling today. I’m in a beautiful spot though, a place I’ve always wanted to camp. I had a long day yesterday, 32 km in lively seas. Great exploring though.
