Do not Undermine Democracy
I have received with shock the news of an order by the Federal High Court in Abuja nullifying the emergence of the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and all the actions he has taken. This is unsettling and surprising.
I do not challenge the ruling of the court. The court of law is constituted to determine disputes according to the law. My concern is that three months before a general election, it is in the public interest to have certainty. It is not good to have too many uncertainties about candidates and parties a few weeks before a presidential election. This instability is obviously engineered by the ruling party, just as they have done against me in the Labour Party and continue to do so to close down civic space for a robust campaign. It is also from the same rulebook that manufactures violence against us in our campaigns.
One mark of democracy is that at all times, it is voters and not courts that choose leaders. I trust in the judiciary. As a public officer, I have shown deep respect for the judiciary. I appeal that we protect the integrity of democracy by not undermining the free and fair choice of candidates.
The sustenance of democracy in Nigeria, in the midst of encroaching military rule in West Africa, should strengthen our resolve to protect opposition politics and not stamp out opposition parties. It is because of the importance of opposition to the sustenance of democracy that I have always promised that, as President, I will take a special interest in ensuring opposition parties are stable and thriving, and that opposition candidates are not persecuted out of electoral contests.
This is a time to strengthen our democracy by allowing the opposition to thrive.

URGENT PUBLIC APPEAL
I never imagined having to make a post like this, but I desperately need your help.
On October 31, while covering a wedding at Oriental Hotel, Lagos, my bag was stolen from inside the bride's room.
The bag contained my MacBook Pro M1 and
FOUR external hard drives holding approximately FIVE weddings yet to be delivered to my clients.
These are not just files. They are people's once in a lifetime memories, months of hard work and my livelihood.
Thankfully, we have obtained CCTV footage showing the individual entering, taking my bag and leaving the hotel.
I'm offering a N500,000 REWARD for credible information leading to the identification of this individual and recovery of my belongings through the appropriate authorities.
Please you can send a message or call this number for any update 09033892670
Please guys help me repost abeg, this is very important please. 🙏🏾

(Luke 14:17)
“Come, for everything is now ready.”
PRAYER FOR MERY AND ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES
Merciful Father, on this Mercy Tuesday, I thank You for the gift of life and for the opportunities You have given me.
Lord, You know how hard I have tried. You know the applications I have submitted, the people I have approached, and the opportunities I have lost despite my best efforts. Sometimes I wonder when my own chance will come. But I believe You have not forgotten me.
Father, please have mercy on me. Remember me for good. Give me another chance in places where I have been rejected or overlooked. May Your favour reach me in places my efforts and connections cannot. Remember those desperately searching for jobs, struggling with their businesses, or waiting for decisions that could change their lives.
Please, Lord, do not allow me to miss the opportunities You bring my way. Give me the wisdom to recognise them, the courage to act, and the grace to make the most of them.
I declare: By the mercy of God, I will not be forgotten. My past disappointments will not close the door to my future. I will have reasons to thank God for opportunities I never thought possible. Amen.
Jesus, I trust in You.

IMO STATE: OUR CONVERSATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE PEOPLE CONTINUE
Our conversations and engagement with the people continued yesterday, 31st October 2026, as we journeyed from Yenagoa to Owerri, Imo State, for another edition of our ongoing town hall meeting series.
Upon arrival, I began with a visit to one of the markets in Owerri, where I interacted with traders, buyers and other residents. Their stories and experiences offered yet another sobering reminder of how difficult life has become for ordinary Nigerians under the harsh economic policies of this administration.
In my remarks at the town hall meeting, I reminded the good people of Imo State that, after more than three years in office, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has not considered it necessary to spend even one night in Imo State, despite spending over 260 days abroad.
Meanwhile, his administration has accumulated enormous debts without delivering commensurate improvements in the lives of Nigerians. Our country is now ranked among the hungriest nations in the world, with over 140 million people living in multidimensional poverty. To compound this crisis, Nigeria remains one of the most terrorised countries in the world, while approximately 18 million children are out of school.
I reassured the people of Imo State that all hope is not lost. Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and I are committed to securing and uniting our country, making massive investments in critical sectors such as health and education, and lifting millions of Nigerians out of poverty.
Among the leading contenders, we believe we possess the experience, competence, capacity, commitment and readiness required to undertake the difficult but necessary task of turning Nigeria around.
During the interactive session, questions were also raised about the protection of our votes. I encouraged our people to come out in their numbers, exercise their democratic rights and, more importantly, remain vigilant and stay with their votes until the final results are declared.
I sincerely thank our teeming supporters, party candidates, party members, organisers and, most importantly, the good people of Imo State for their warmth, enthusiasm and overwhelming support.
The journey to a new Nigeria is a collective responsibility. Together, we can build a country that works for everyone.

Prayer for All Saints’ Day
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the great cloud of saints who faithfully followed Christ and now rejoice in Your presence. Through their prayers and example, strengthen us to live lives of holiness, love, humility, and courage.
Lord Jesus, help us to walk the path of faith each day. Give us hearts that seek Your will above all else, and grant us the grace to persevere through every trial with hope and trust.
Holy Spirit, fill us with Your wisdom and strength so that we may become living witnesses of the Gospel in our homes, workplaces, and communities.
May the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Joseph, the Holy Apostles, and all the saints intercede for us. Inspire us to love God with our whole hearts, serve others with joy, and one day share with them the everlasting glory of heaven.
We remember especially those who have gone before us marked with the sign of faith. May they rest in Your peace, and may we be reunited with them in Your eternal kingdom.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen

I met a little boy named Chijindu who was struggling academically. I decided to focus on helping him achieve mastery in just one subject: Mathematics.
What happened afterwards completely changed how I think about education.
As Chijindu began solving mathematical problems he previously considered impossible, something remarkable happened.
He became excited about learning. His confidence grew. His performance in other subjects improved dramatically.
Eventually, Chijindu took first position in his class.
But here is what fascinates me.
I didn’t just teach Chijindu mathematics. I may have changed what he believed about his own intelligence.
There is a concept in psychology called self-efficacy, developed by Albert Bandura. When people experience genuine success, their belief in their ability to overcome challenges can grow.
Think about a child who has repeatedly failed academically.
Eventually, that child may stop believing, “I don’t understand this subject,” and start believing, “I am not intelligent.”
The first is a learning problem. The second is an identity problem.
And our education systems often respond to both by giving children more examinations, more pressure, and more opportunities to fail.
But what if we reversed the process?
What if, instead of trying to fix everything a struggling child cannot do, we first helped that child become exceptionally good at one thing?
What if one experience of genuine mastery could rebuild the confidence needed to approach other subjects differently?
I am not suggesting that mastering mathematics automatically improves performance in other subjects. But confidence can increase effort, effort can produce success, and success can make learning exciting again.
Perhaps millions of children we consider academically weak are not incapable of learning. Perhaps many have simply never experienced the confidence that comes from truly mastering something.
We spend so much time measuring what children cannot do.
Maybe we should spend more time helping them discover what they are capable of achieving.
Chijindu has made me question something fundamental:
What if the first step to transforming a struggling child’s education is not teaching them more, but helping them believe, through genuine achievement, that they can learn?

You see this thing Peter Obi does, going into the hinterlands to hold town hall meetings? He actually did the same thing when he was Governor of Anambra State. And I’m not talking about campaign visits.
Every year, he visited towns across the state, at least one in every LGA, to hear directly from the people. He continued doing this even after winning his second term.
His wife, Margaret Obi, did the same with Anambra women. She visited all 177 towns in the state, holding town hall meetings to hear their concerns and understand their challenges. This had nothing to do with election campaigns.
I know this because my late Mum was the then Secretary of Ekwulobia Women Council (EWC). As a matter of fact, I was the one doing most of the secretarial work. I practically doubled as the de facto secretary of both EWC and Ụmụada Ekwulọbịa because the then President of Ụmụada Ekwulọbịa, Mrs. Ngozi Obeke, who was a close friend of my Mum, wouldn’t let me rest with writing letters and handling other correspondence. 😂
I actually enjoyed doing it back then.
Peter Obi was the same yesterday as he is today.
Peter Obi will not stop at the airport to address you people, talk about how there is no electricity at the airport, and then jet back to Abuja within ten minutes of addressing you.
Do you see how he is visiting all the states in Nigeria? This is a sign of a committed leader who holds the interests of Nigerians to heart and will not turn the UK and France into his second home.
Remember when Tinubu visited Jos following the deadly attacks in Plateau State? He met community representatives near the airport and reportedly told them, “You have no light here, I'll fly out in ten minutes.”
Nigerians, the ball is in your court.
Will you join the boat of prosperity and fight for your country's freedom from the hands of politicians who don't think you're worth their time, or will you fold your hands and endure more years of bad leadership under the APC?

ENUGU STATE: LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE AND BUILDING A UNITED NIGERIA
Following yesterday’s (29th October) town hall meeting in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, I proceeded to Enugu State, where we held another town hall meeting as part of our ongoing nationwide engagement.
I was joined by my brother and Vice Presidential Candidate of our party, the NDC, His Excellency, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
In Enugu, we met with our teeming supporters and enthusiastic citizens who lined the streets and besieged the venue in their numbers.
In our conversations, including the contributions from our Vice Presidential Candidate and me, we reiterated our commitment to uniting and securing the country, tackling corruption, massively investing in critical areas of development, particularly health and education, and pulling our people out of poverty.
Shortly before the town hall event, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and I met with the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Enugu Chapter, where we reaffirmed our commitment to national unity, religious harmony and peaceful coexistence.
Leadership must be about listening to the people. Those seeking to lead must understand what Nigerians need and be willing to receive feedback on the impact of government policies and decisions.
I thank our teeming supporters, party members and organisers for their dedication and commitment. I also thank the good people of Enugu State for their warm reception.
