Proud as shit of my client Pat.
4 Months.
That doesn't just happen. You can be handed the best plan ever, but if you don't execute, nothing changes.
He executed.
Phase 2 of the Projekt loading. Time to get this dude big.
So many incredible transformations on here. Meanwhile I was embarrassed to take my shirt off at the pool. I wanted my turn.
Hired Brian @MogLifeLabs , and 4 months later I got it.
This has been life changing for me. I used to sink into the background. Now when I enter a room people gravitate towards me. The Mog life is real.
I’m so proud of my progress.
The Projekt is not complete. Let’s not call this a transformation………..better yet - “Phase 1”
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Yeah I posted a poem lol
Hit 110s on incline dumbbell press today
I was doing 120s a year ago.
That’s until my shoulders finally said “fuck you, I’m out”
I’ve got arthritis in both of them. I’m a naturally shoulder-dominant presser. I’ve injured them all sorts of ways. And I’ve spent my entire life sleeping on them in positions that apparently make everything worse.
I swear sleeping on them has been worse than almost anything I’ve done in the gym.
After having to completely skip pressing for months, fixing my sleeping position, and learning to press in a way that actually emphasizes my pecs without beating up my shoulders, I’m finally getting close to where I left off.
Don’t ignore nagging injuries
Sometimes taking a few weeks to back off and address the problem saves you from spending months trying to get back to where you were.
I used knee wraps today for the first time and got a solid PR on hack squat.
Converted. Total dork package of lifting belt, knee wraps, and versa gripps complete.
This was a very Brian rant, But I don’t really watch videos on here either unless someone is getting shot so I don’t blame anyone for scrolling by it
BTW if you got a Spoonful of Gains shirt from @DigitalFringed1 and you didn’t read the fine print, you are legally required to cut the sleeves off

Continuing with Brian's Favorite Boring Supplements series...
NAC- specifically for the purpose of supporting GLUTATHIONE production
Glutathione is one of your body's primary defenses against oxidative stress. It plays a roll in:
- Liver detoxification and antioxidant defense
- Protecting cells agains oxidative damage
- Supporting mitochondrial function
- Maintaining immune cell function
- Recycling other antioxidants, including vit C and E
Think of oxidative stress like little fires breaking out in your cells. Antioxidants help keep those fires under control. Over time, accumulated oxidative damage is one of the processes that contributes to aging.
Oral steroids can put a serious strain on your liver. NAC is one of the supplements commonly used by enhanced bodybuilders to support liver antioxidant defenses.
I used to take glutathione injections myself. But I've come to prefer NAC. It's cheaper, more convenient, and supplies cysteine, which your body uses to manufacture its own glutathione.
600-1200mg daily is good.
Turns out not everything needs to be stuck into your ass, regardless of what your uncle told you
