$ORCL $NBIS $IREN $CRWV Looks like the contract between $ORCL and $MSFT will not be renewed due to Oracle not meeting Microsoft’s specifications. People familiar with the matter say: “The rented capacity became less useful over time because it no longer met Microsoft’s specifications, the people said. The Oracle hardware relied on older-generation chips from Nvidia, which may have limited its suitability for Microsoft’s evolving AI workloads. Microsoft declined to comment. An Oracle spokesperson said demand for its AI infrastructure remains strong, including for earlier-generation graphics processing units (GPUs).” Overall, still bullish, and I do believe demand is till there for Oracle. Just Looks like Microsoft wants the newer hardware .

🚨 BIG NEWS: $NBIS NEBIUS IMPROVES AI TRAINING THROUGHPUT ON 192 NVIDIA B300 GPUs WITHOUT ADDING A SINGLE GPU. This is a pretty bug technical update from Nebius. Nebius tested NUMA-aware process affinity on a DeepSeek V3 pretraining workload running across 192 NVIDIA B300 GPUs using Megatron Bridge on its managed Kubernetes platform. The results? Mean training step time decreased by 1.11%, while model throughput per GPU increased by 1.13%. Now, 1.13% might not sound impressive initially. But when you're operating thousands of expensive GPUs, even a small improvement in utilization can have meaningful economic value. Modern GPU servers have multiple CPU sockets and NUMA domains. Each CPU has faster access to its local memory and PCIe connected devices. When training processes get scheduled across the wrong NUMA domains, they can introduce unnecessary memory traffic, latency and communication overhead. Nebius tested exclusive NUMA binding, which keeps processes closer to their local CPU, memory and GPU resources. The important part is that they're improving performance through infrastructure level optimization rather than buying additional compute. Imagine a hypothetical 100,000 GPU deployment achieving the same 1.13% throughput improvement. That's roughly the training throughput equivalent of adding 1,130 GPUs, assuming the improvement scales consistently. Of course, this benchmark doesn't prove the same gains will hold across every model, cluster or workload. Nebius is operating in a market where GPUs are extremely expensive, power availability is constrained and customers care about how quickly they can train models. If Nebius can consistently extract more useful compute from the same hardware, customers can finish training workloads faster while Nebius potentially improves the competitiveness and economics of its cloud platform. This wasn't a synthetic GPU benchmark. Nebius used a DeepSeek V3 pretraining workload with Megatron Bridge, which makes the result more relevant to actual large model training. This is what separates simply renting NVIDIA GPUs from building a serious AI cloud platform. Anybody with enough capital can purchase GPUs. Getting those GPUs to operate efficiently across CPU topology, memory, networking, containers and distributed training software is an entirely different engineering problem. Nebius is showing that it's paying attention to that layer and as its GPU infrastructure scales, these seemingly small optimizations could become increasingly important to its customers and its own infrastructure economics.

Okay, this is actually far more reasonable than the headlines made it sound. Gina Hinojosa wants to let ALL already permitted data centers finish construction. And yes, NEW data centers will still be built, just under stricter rules protecting consumers. She’s not trying to kill the AI buildout. She wants Texas to benefit from it without ordinary people footing the bill. I can absolutely get behind that.

Selling land to $SPCX and creating lucrative opportunities for the U.S. sounds like a pretty good idea.
Texas Governor-elect Gina Hinojosa, the first Democrat to win the state's governor's race in 36 years, in a new interview tonight on Elon Musk and AI data centers: "We can have a strong working relationship with Elon Musk and his companies, but it has to be on our terms. We have always been a pro-business state, but data centers have moved into mostly rural communities and there are no rules to protect Texans, so the difference is we will have laws to protect Texans. We can have a strong economy and strong industry, and protections for Texans." It sounds like Gina is not going to stop the construction of data centers that have already started are received all permits, but that there will be a pause on any new permits once she is Governor until some sort of "laws and protections" are put in place. This would be good news for SpaceX and other companies that have already secured permits for big data center capacity expansion in 2027. Beyond that, we'll see. Seems like these new elects are open to work with companies.

Read this:***Because a lot of these idiots with a ton of followers are neglecting to say this about the current data center developments in Texas** Now sleep peacefully ! $IREN $NBIS $CRWV
The governor-elect of Texas, Gina Hinojosa, has explicitly said that all currently permitted datacenters in Texas will be allowed to finish construction. This essentially covers all of the 2027 and likely well into 2028. She is going to pass laws that ensure that all *newly* permitted datacenters going forward for delivery in 2028/2029 will pay taxes, commit to no increase in power prices for consumers, don’t impact water availability for people, be constructed with union labor and give “Texans a seat at the table.” Sounds reasonable. She doesn’t want to lose a lot of good blue collar jobs and property taxes for small towns in rural Texas. Datacenter commentary starts at 6:30 in this interview. Also attaching her official campaign position from her website in the next post. Sidenote: After watching a bunch of her speeches and interviews, I do think she is a political talent and probably has a future in national politics. youtu.be/D-T6H3b8ZeE?is=mEWu…

QUALCOMM $QCOM EXPECTS DATA CENTER REVENUE OF MORE THAN $650 MILLION IN Q1, RISING TO A $7 BILLION RUN-RATE BY THE END OF FISCAL 2027 Qualcomm says data center revenue will grow every quarter of fiscal 2027, a year it targets $5 billion, on the way to $15 billion-plus by fiscal 2029. Its design wins so far span connectivity, custom AI accelerators and CPUs, with Meta as its CPU customer. The Amazon deal includes warrants covering up to $60 billion of potential purchases over 10 years, with 15% vested immediately on initial purchase commitments. Qualcomm is already in production with Amazon, with revenue starting this quarter.

$HOOD Started out 8k a few years ago, now finally got my second increase. I spend a lot on the gold card, and have maxed it out more than a few times. I’ve also paid it off the balances in full every month not to have paid any interests. Salary is 6 figures with a Credit score in the 800’s for over 20 years. Overall credit limit across all accounts is above 300k and overall balance carried is less than 5k. This limit still sits well below my highest credit card limit from one of the major banks. Nonetheless, I feel like Robinhood is gradually starting to understand my responsible spending habits and allowing me to have more freedom. Note: I do use the gold card for over 90% of my purchases, as I love pushing the cash back into my brokerage. My thoughts for those that want a higher limit, show them you can spend, and then show them you can pay it off right away. I believe that was the narrative in my limit increases. Although every persons profile is different.
