There’s a Gen Z lady at my workplace who applied for 4 days of annual leave.
Her leave started on Thursday, and she was expected back on Monday.
But she resumed on Wednesday.
When HR asked why she added two extra days without approval, she calmly explained:
“My leave started on Thursday. Friday was my first leave day, Saturday and Sunday were weekends, and Monday was my second working day. I still had two working days left, so I used Tuesday and Wednesday to complete my four days.”

Who’s Paul Taiwo Alo on this app? I saw someone post his story on Tiktok, he faced Tanke (Rusticated/told to withdraw from Mechanical Engineering, Unilorin in 2019)
But same boy sat & studied for remedial same year, he’ll go on to same 100 level two years after & eventually graduated with a first class in Food Engineering, the same guy who had 1.9 CGPA & told to withdraw eventually graduated with a first class.
Please help me tag him if he’s here, I’m very much interested in his career going-forward, never seen such academic comeback for a long time.
