O judiciário brasileiro é confiável? O Departamento de Estado dos EUA diz que não. Uma comissão do Congresso Americano também diz isso. Claro que nessa balança pesa o dedo político. Mas no nível supranacional, também há consenso. A Comissão Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (CIDH) condenou a censura e perseguição praticada pelo nosso judiciário. E diversas ONGs internacionais também. Isso para não falar nas constantes criticas de diversas mídias tradicionais de diversos países: muitos até de viés progressista (diga-se de passagem). E as big techs, donas das mídias sociais? Praticamente unânimes em rechaçar nossos togados. Por último há índices, como a Freedom House e o World Justice Project cujos relatórios dizem claramente que o nosso judiciário é um dos piores do mundo; sim um dos piores, bem abaixo dos medíocres. Então, é confiável?
