Great to work with my guy @JohnGriffinIII today. We have an exciting announcement this week. Stay tuned! 👀

Best thing I’ve seen today/this week/month/year nominee
Postseason is coming up and losing team fanbases are looking for bandwagons. For those who are interested in joining the Orioles here are some rules:
1. You only refer to Gunnar as AL Rookie of The Year (we’re speaking it into existence)
2. Any lineup that doesn’t feature Adley we refer to as a “punt lineup” and get fake upset.
3. Roch is out of MacBooks but we’re hoping more come on sale soon.
4. If a reliever not named Felix Bautista gives up a run we say Brandon Hyde can’t manage a bullpen.
5. If you see a free agent you want, ask them if they like crab cakes.
6. We get fake mad when Ryan McKenna is ever mentioned.
7. Comment “call up Kjerstad” on all Orioles twitter posts.
Welcome!
Looking forward to a great 4 years!

Well-defended for 78 minutes, Lafayette gets a goal with 5:11 left from Gretchen Waechter
Amani Green was the best player on the pitch from my view in her 83 minutes of action

If you have a coach, teacher, parent, teammate or mentor who helps hold you accountable you are blessed.
Good leaders do not shy away from confrontation. They live by a set of standards and have high expectations.
Embrace those who expect the most of you and you will grow.

The @Orioles facing relievers from @MAACSports on back-to-back days
Niagara's Matt Brash yesterday in Seattle, & Tom Cosgrove - Manhattan in San Diego today
Seems like a good time to mention that @Mount_BSB Trey McGough has thrown 5 scoreless innings on a rehab in O's chain
I know tonight’s @Orioles game is underway
But still amazed by yesterday’s

This year is first year in forever without a team that our daughter is actively a part of
Feel we did a “good” job of this…
Still wishing we’d have done better
A note to parents that have a child beginning their last year in high school:
Take it all in! All of it! The good and the bad! The wins and the losses! The playing time and sitting the bench! Soak it all up! It’s going to be over in a blink of an eye! You’ll wish you had it back!
Enjoy it and don’t waste time focusing on things that don’t matter! If college athletics is meant to happen it will happen! Enjoy the moment now!
Ever notice how the guy who makes the game saving play in the field always hits the go-ahead bomb in the next half inning

Spot starter only stretched out to 5.
Short bullpen.
Opposing starter goes 9 shutout.
Sellout crowd in a frenzy.
The majors’ longest win streak at home.
You just don’t win that game. Not unless you’re a special team.
Believe it, folks. These @Orioles are as special as it gets.
