If you have a coach, teacher, parent, teammate or mentor who helps hold you accountable you are blessed.
Good leaders do not shy away from confrontation. They live by a set of standards and have high expectations.
Embrace those who expect the most of you and you will grow.

Opposing starter goes 9 shutout.
Sellout crowd in a frenzy.
The majors’ longest win streak at home.
You just don’t win that game. Not unless you’re a special team.
Believe it, folks. These @Orioles are as special as it gets.

As a player, a highlight every summer was playing in @KennerLeague. Always fun watching @MountHoops players compete at high level. @DAdebayo9 and @Tricky_X45 both represented very well in the semis today. Go Mount!

Why hire an athlete?
Many people aren’t great at working with others. Athletes work as a team every day.
Rules and expectations are tough to follow for some. Athletes create team standards and hold themselves and their teammates accountable.
Many people struggle to present, perform, and produce in front of others. Athletes perform in front of hundreds every game.
Many people today don’t want to show up, work, and produce. Athletes not only understand the required work but they know they gain their advantage by doing extra work on their own.
Finding life balance and having healthy habits is difficult for many people. Athletes consistently achieve excellence on the court/field, in the classroom, in the community and in their relationships. Athletes eat with a purpose, value rest/sleep, and take care of themselves.
Many people struggle to respond to authority. Athletes embrace working with those who demand excellence and push them to their limits.
Many people struggle to show up on time for one thing each day. Athletes show up on time for many things every day.
Athletes aren’t built the same as others. They are independent but team-oriented. They are hard-working but balanced. They have killer-instinct but are loving. They value individual performance but within the concept of team success.
Hire athletes and watch your company take off! 🚀

Just because you played as a goalkeeper doesn’t make you qualified to coach keepers! Seek out knowledge / support for the best way to articulate and develop keepers! Look at courses with @UnitedCoaches for examples and resources to help develop keepers! I see so many sessions without purpose or intent in development….and so many more without thinking of what are we trying to teach that looks like the game! Ask questions…be curious….ask more questions…. 🧤⚽️ – at San Diego, CA
