🚨The Black Box Powering America’s AI
⚡️America is running short on electricity...
And it's chasing every possible way to keep its Data Centres powered
That hunt kicked off a Natural Gas boom. But Gas Turbine makers are booked solid till 2030, so leaning on them harder isn't the answer
That’s where Bloom Energy and MTAR Tech come in
🤯MTAR's management reiterated their jaw-dropping 80% revenue growth guidance for FY27, paired with 24% EBITDA margins
👇And then over-delivered last night in their Q1 results
👉 Revenue growth 130%
👉 EBITDA margins 23.5% (up 566 bps)
👉 PAT growth 354%
Most of it powered by one BIG product - the HOT BOX 📦
Priced at ~$23,000 a box, management has guided for 20,000 boxes in FY27
That's some serious numbers hitting the books
👇So….what is a Hot Box?
It's a converter that turns Gas into Energy - in a CLEAN manner
👉No combustion
👉No water consumption
👉ESG friendly
🔥These run at ~800°C
So extreme tolerance and durability are non-negotiable, and NOT every company can pull that off
Bloom makes the Oxide Cells and Stack, while MTAR builds the Outer Casing (packaging)
That makes MTAR a critical piece of Bloom's entire operation
As US data centres scale up fast, Hot Boxes become integral to power them
👉a BIG POSITIVE for both Bloom and MTAR
And Bloom has guided for a whopping 100% revenue growth in CY26 driven by accelerating AI spends
And a part of that flows down to MTAR as well
So, what's your take on MTAR from here?
Tell me in the comments!

Good time to exit and utilise your money elsewhere?
NBFCs usually don’t perform well in a rising Credit Cost environment. This coupled with persistently high Oil prices and Rupee being under pressure is a toxic concoction for NBFCs
Although I must admit Poonawalla has been consistently delivering one if the best results in NBFC sector
It’s done this multiple times
Just trading in ₹400 - ₹500 band forever
NBFCs are Bull Market stocks. Unlikely they will perform when Oil is surging and Rupee is under pressure
They are very vulnerable to rising Credit Costs
Poonawalla Fincorp
Holding from last 2 Years
Stock bounced from 400 and sell off near 500
Results are also coming good
Hope for breakout

Dear FM, don’t just punish us by eliminating LRS, restricting overseas Mutual Fund investments, restricting Gold Silver purchases - figure out a way to cut Capital Gains and STT as well
To stay healthy one has to try a number of things:
Stop eating sugar, walk 10000 steps, sleep 7 hrs, hve social connections, reduce tension, don't eat oily food etc. etc.
Do experts say that don't stop eating sugar till you find a way to sleep better or don't walk till you have figured out how to stop eating oily food. All habits have to be improved and you start with what you can instead of first trying to change the most difficult one. Sometimes you are not able to change everything but still each small step that you do helps.
IF you know you know.

⚠️RBI Proposes No More Foreign Investments For Indians
The Rupee’s weakness is NOT a global phenomenon
Currencies of
🇧🇷Brazil
🇻🇳Vietnam
🇰🇷South Korea
🇦🇺Australia
🇵🇰Pakistan
🇨🇳China
🇪🇺and the Euro……
Have all strengthened against the Dollar in the last 1year
Good policies, exports, and capital flows matter!
At the same time, Indians increasingly want global exposure
Overseas investments by individuals more than doubled YoY to nearly $2.3 billion in H1 2026
And brokers like Zerodha, Groww, Angel One, and Upstox are now opening access to US stocks via Global Investing
So imagine the irony:
Just as global investing becomes easier, Indians could potentially face tighter limits on sending money abroad
There’s also growing talk of Capital Gains Tax being reduced in the upcoming Budget — nothing confirmed yet
If that happens - while overseas investing gets restricted, a lot more domestic money could remain inside India
And that combination could become very bullish for Indian equities!
💭Tell me what you think in the comments below
This move smells of desperation. Retail investors are being punished because the Govt. can’t keep the Dollar in check
Implement better policies, don’t waste money on Welfare Schemes (cash for votes), and don’t bend to US pressure (buy Oil from the cheapest source)
There are plenty of middle economies whose currency has appreciated against the dollar in last one year like Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Korea, even Pakistan
Don’t curtail our freedom of investing because of your incompetence🙏
Going forward, you won’t be allowed to buy U.S stocks directly from India.
- RBI has proposed to abolish the LRS limit for Capital Account transfers, i.e from $250,000 to $0 under automatic route.
- Basically, this will kill the model of foreign investing or the ability to invest outside India.

📈Smallcaps Surge After Last Week’s Crash
The MTF book hit an all-time high of approx ₹1.59 lakh crore just weeks ago!
Last week it saw its sharpest weekly liquidation on record (~₹4,500 crore), with Friday alone accounting for ~₹2,800 crore
When leverage gets this crowded, the exit isn’t always voluntary
Margin calls do the selling for you!
That’s why the same setup that forces weak hands out can create the best entries for those sitting with cash and conviction
I’ve always advised AGAINST leverage. It amplifies the cost of being wrong, and doesn’t allow you time to plan your exits

Absolutely insane move in Acutaas Chemicals in anticipation of excellent results to be declared later today
I’m expecting some profit booking once results are declared, no matter how good they are
We are holding this stock from lower levels in our portfolio, and booked some profit at these higher levels. May buy it back if profit booking phenomenon plays out as expected
As long as Trump is President, its a trading market. And that’s how we make make money in this volatile environment

The stock market is such a weird place. In some high growth stocks, you can make money when they trade at 150X - 200X earnings
But the moment they become sufficiently profitable, and their PE Ratios compress to 30X - 40X they begin a long period of consolidation 🤷🏻
Ather Energy is the latest stock to give me that vibe. Make hay while the sun shines, and it trades at optically high multiples
📈IGIL above ₹400 after long
IGIL Upper Circuit after better than expected Q2 results declared yesterday
Much better than the usual 20% - 22% growth it usually offers
However, we’ve seen this story before where after results it gives a good up move for 1 - 2 days, then begins its long story of consolidation again
I suspect it’s because price of underlying Diamonds is at a decadal low
You can tell @CyrilRamaphosa is genuinely happy his friend @LulaOficial won. They share common objectives, and will together strengthen BRICS as a counter to western influence and imperialism
@narendramodi congratulations for Lula felt disingenuous, and like a formality. Modi has made India into the weakest link among the BRICS founder members. It’s important India is viewed as a reliable partner in multilateral organisations, else we won’t be respected
On behalf of the government and the people of South Africa I congratulate my dear brother and friend, President @LulaOficial and the people of Brazil.
This victory will echo beyond the shores of Brazil. It is a victory for the global south and progressive forces throughout the world.
We affirm our commitment to continue strengthening bilateral relations between our two countries and working closely together in all multilateral fora to forge a just and better world order underpinned by solidarity and adherence to international law.
They will end up cutting it from 12.5% to 10% then begin chest thumping
FIIs won’t be impressed by such cosmetic changes. We need to abolish it + guarantee them it won’t be raised again for at least 5 years
Does the Govt. have this much resolve?
12.5% LTCG cut in the upcoming budget is real news or just an expiry news for manipulating prices??
@grok plz verify??
I always had my reservations about this company. Something just smells off
I feel earnings are going to be excessively lumpy (much beyond the usual Precision Engineering Co.), working capital drag, and extreme volatility
Let’s see
#AEQUS Q2 FY27 Results
✅️ Revenue: ₹409 Cr | +43.7% YoY
🔻 PBT: -₹409 Cr vs -₹120 Cr YoY
🔻 PAT: -₹524 Cr vs -₹206 Cr YoY
🔻 EPS: -₹0.80 vs -₹0.35 YoY
Strong revenue growth, but widening losses remain a major concern.

🇧🇷Brazil has delivered the biggest political surprises of 2026. Congratulations to President Lula on his re-election!
The result is a setback for the Israeli Zionist and Trump agenda in Latin America represented by his opponent Flavio Bolsonaro
The Amazon Rain Forest, BRICS, and Brazil's Independent Foreign Policy got a new lease of life with Lula’s 4th Term
But the immediate casualty?
Brazil's stock market
Brazilian equities sold off sharply, with a US-listed Brazil ETF falling nearly 20% in overnight trading as reforms and fiscal prudence may not be high on Lula’s agenda
The fact remains that markets prefer the pro-business policies of Right Wing Governments over climate, governance, and regulations sought by Left leaning parties
Tomorrow before markets open, with Brent Crude at $117, and the ever-present threat of yet another hot war between US Israel and Iran, I thought I’d post this
It’s the 1-Year Returns of major global stock markets in their local currency first, then in $USD. It serves a dual purpose as it also shows how currencies performed against the US dollar over the same period
