🚨 HEADS UP: Cardiac arrest showed up about 11 TIMES more often in FDA reports tied to energy drinks and stimulant supplements, according to new research presented at the American Heart Association.
Heart attacks showed up 4.5 TIMES more often.
Nearly HALF of those heart reports involved adults ages 18 to 34.
It's early research, and it shows a link, not proof. But young, healthy people are not supposed to show up in these reports at all.
If you're slamming three cans a day and a pre-workout on top of it, maybe give your heart a break.
