I am very lucky my female friends aren't like so many women on X who don't seem to appreciate friendship.

OMG....this man is who represents Christianity now. :(
🚨 AMY ACTON’S MOTHER HAS A RIGHT TO SPEAK HER MIND! The fact that Amy Acton’s mother appeared in an ad criticizing her own daughter does not automatically invalidate her opinion of Amy or her politics. We don’t know the full story of their relationship, and I’m not going to pretend to know whether she was a good or bad mother. That’s a separate issue. What we do know is that a mother has the right to disagree with her daughter politically, call out what she believes are lies, and openly express her opposition to her daughter’s political agenda. Being someone’s mother does not mean you must support everything they say or do. Family relationships do not give politicians immunity from criticism. You can question the timing, the motives, and the message of the ad. But dismissing everything a mother says simply because she is criticizing her own daughter is not a serious argument. Amy Acton’s political record and statements should be judged on their merits—not shielded from criticism because of her family relationships. #OhioPolitics #AmyActon #PoliticalAccountability #FreeSpeech #Election2026

This guy thinks Bombardier makes passenger vehicles?? Not the brightest person running for office.
When it comes to traveling Ohio, Amy Acton chooses a Jeep Wrangler made in Toledo, Ohio. I choose an American-made Ford F-150. Both assembled by the hardworking men and women of the @UAW. We'd choose that over a Canadian-made Bombardier any day.

One of those moments when I wish it WAS AI. The host laughing was just as bad.
Colorado GOP nominee for governor, Victor Marx, laughs as he recounts a violent fight with his wife: "I remember grabbing her, slamming her into our front door. She bent over and started crying."

The lies are astounding!
Every Canadian gets a pamphlet in their mail, every 6 months for MAID. If you don’t fill it out and send it back in time, unqualified volunteers come to your house on snowshoes, tie you down with moosegut cords, and kill you by suffocation with a beaver tail. True story.

I wonder if the @EdmontonOilers would do anything if someone spotted this jersey.

Nobody actually believes he is sorry. Or learned from it.
Yesterday, I published a tweet of Arch Manning responding to a question of mine, where he mentioned seeing an AI video of Steve Sarkisian slapping Holly Rowe. I captioned his response as "gold." I realized quickly that I had made a mistake and was far too hasty in publishing the video without further context and with an inappropriate caption. For that, I am deeply sorry. I originally asked Manning if he had seen any of the TikTok creator edits from the weekend, ones where his celebration is shown over music and fans had taken their own creative spin on a massive win. I hadn't seen the video he was referring to, so in the fast-paced setting of a press conference, I acted far too fast in hitting send on a tweet that I regret. That's not an excuse. Captioning Manning's response with "gold" trivialized an AI video depicting violence against a colleague, and that is a mistake I deeply regret. As a young journalist just getting started in this industry, I deeply admire the hard work, time, and dedication Holly Rowe has put in to become one of the best reporters working today. I never meant to disrespect her work, vilify Manning, or spread hatred toward anyone, but intent isn't the same as impact, and I own that. I sincerely apologize for how I chose to present the tweet, and I'll be more careful going forward, especially when it comes to AI-generated content and how quickly I hit send.

As a alumni of @DalhousieU I would expect better from faculty.
This, from the @FoodProfessor is either a lie and it never happened, or it's a professor at @DalhousieU looking to publicly shame one of his students. Assuming it's the latter and actually happened, remember that the student and their classmates know who is being described here.

I don't think most of the anti- EU people have ever set foot in the EU.

Ukraine is training their pilots on Gripens in Canada???
I met with our military pilots who are training at the International Test Pilots School in Canada. The guys are training to master modern fighter jets, including F-16s and Gripens, and strengthen Ukraine’s combat aviation. We’re doing everything we can to protect our skies, and the key to that is having good, motivated pilots. We’re proud that Ukraine and our Armed Forces have a generation of young pilots like this. I thank Canada, all the instructors, and the training center for providing high-quality training.

Anyone want to guess what will be in this Canada-EU agreement? Do you think we'll have Freedom of Movement?

Jean Chretien will always been my Prime Minister. I'm so proud of him today for speaking the tough words to our friends.

This is wrong. The 33% are not all uneducated or ill informed. To think this way underestimates the power of Maple MAGA. Some are selfish, greedy, racist, etc....but they are not all uneducated. Don't underestimate them.
70% of Canadians stand with Mark Carney 33% stand with Trump. Let me remind you those 33% are low educated Maga

This is what the @CPC_HQ is now. My Tory family are rolling in their graves.
This is a solemn moment for hundreds of thousands families across Canada. In homes on every corner of this nation, working people are having tough conversations about what their future looks like and how they will provide for their families. Make no mistake. Since the beginning, in their public communications, Liberal politicians like Mark Carney and Doug Ford have put their political self-interests ahead of Canadian workers. As leaders, I believe it's incumbent on us to be servants for the people who elected us, and the families who are relying on us to bring home the dignity that comes with a paycheque. I'm not giving up. I will continue fighting for hardworking people in my community and across Canada. I know what it means to have real questions about putting food on the table and for working people to endure hardships. Canadians should know that Conservatives are in your corner. And I want to thank Pierre Poilievre for encouraging me to continue fighting for this country's working people. In your service, Jamil

It's impossible for him to tell the truth.
Trump: "We've come to a deal with Canada ... Canada was charging us tremendous tariffs. We no longer have any tariffs ... it's all subject to the finalization of documents"

Yip. About sums it up. He has no plan to make things better.
I never liked Pierre Poilievre. He always hated Canada. When he was a teenager he called Canada a welfare state. He called indigenous lazy. Tried to ruin the reputation of David Johnston, a great Canadian. Leader of the convoy hooligans. He has never leadership material.
