During today’s hearing, Patrick’s attorney discussed Lindsay testifying that she had warned her doctors about thoughts of harming her children.
Remember, about a month ago I posted a filing from Patrick’s lawsuit that also indicated Lindsay would be testifying.
Yeah, I thought that was crazy too.
BUT NOW Kevin Reddington, Lindsay’s criminal defense attorney, is publicly pushing back!
Reddington says Patrick’s attorney:
“does not speak for Lindsay Clancy.”
And added:
“She never indicated that she intended to testify in Mr. Clancy’s lawsuit, and no one acting for her ever represented that she would.”
He also disputes the claim that Lindsay ever told her medical providers she was having homicidal thoughts toward her children.
This is getting good now. 🍿

I don’t get this at all.
Her entire defense was “the healthcare providers failed her.” How exactly were they supposed to help if she never told them she had homicidal ideation toward the kids?
This feels like a last-ditch attempt to ride the TikTok conspiracy wave. You don’t get to reverse course now and pretend she didn’t do it. In her own civil complaint, which is nearly identical to Patrick’s, she laid out in graphic detail exactly how she killed them.
